- Pizza! I love pizza! On this episode I go and try some of the best tasting Deep Dish Pizza around (in Canada) at the Hungry Dragon located in Oakville, Ontario! Loaded with delicious ingredients, this pizza definitely looks amazing, but is it really as good as it looks?

Hey buds, I live about 30 mins from Formaggios pie shack in london, and they do the same kinda thing. They have 3lb and 5lb deep dish pizzas. You should check them out if you are ever in the london area.

Chicago Deep Dish? Been there done that, lol. Certainly an interesting take on Pizza. But, having spent a considerable amount of time in NYC from age 23-36, and loving the New York style in the age of the many faces of Rays, lol. Gotta go with the NY pie. Although, the NY Sicilian was also do DIE FOR! Had some phenomenal Sicilan back in the day!
Now up under Canada! Great Pizza is hard to come by. Oh, there are some expats from the Boston area that make a pretty good pie. But GREAT! That's hard to find!

My family’s Italian and has been in Chicago since the 1800s. We rarely even eat or consider deep dish pizza “Chicago pizza”. It’s more a tourist thing

I remember going to the original location, I believe somewhere in Port Credit. I thought the deep dish was just a bowl of toppings, but this looks pretty good. I'll have to give it a try

Hey Pete! I know you probably won't see this, but I live in Cambridge, Ontario and we have a kickass pizza place called Red Swan Pizza. They put SESAME SEEDS on the crust and holy shit is it ever tasty. They are the only pizza place I've tried where the pizza is just as good cold and leftover as it is fresh.
If you ever find yourself in Cambridge (or Kitchener, or Brantford, cause they have multiple locations), give it a try!

I prefer thin crust that is a little crispy, but deep dish are a treat every so often.
