Very well done! Looks like Wing Chun or Mantis however in application most martial arts end up looking like each other especially in the realm of self defense.
Its because we avoid to use throws cause we had no glasses and were kind of blind under the helmets. Most movements in forms are throws. Watch our other videos. When you use punches and throws like in the forms its much more effective and looks different.
Looks like the chi sau tech. I dont understand. Striking i would think kung fu moves are thrown out like boxers, thais, karate users. Kung fu had so many strikes and combinations that can be used in aggressive way. Im not understanding why so close and going for these clinch moves.
Hey, I can explain. Northern and a lot of southern styles are wrestling techniques. Punches and locks are just for positioning the opponent and distract the opponent from blocking throws. The ground was bumpy and unsave. So we decidet to do not throws this time. Clinchwork and punches were the things did mainly in this session. When you think that kung fu does punches like boxers than you think in a wrong way and think in the wrong distance class. Kung Fu is not like boxing.
Hey yes we can do it. I did not see your comment. just write me under "keytokungfu1@proton.me" there we can exchange whatsapp stuff and other informations.
