Wow!! What an amazing video and exceptionally well done. All your time and effort was totally worthwhile. Thank you!! We are planning a family group trip there and this video and your tips are helping immensely.😊😊😊
I’d love to see Busch Gardens Williamsburg get a fairytale-themed section for younger kids that’s themed to classic European fairytales with play areas, kids’ rides, family rides, dark rides, and fairytale-themed live theater shows or maybe a fairytale-themed second gate next door to Busch Gardens Williamsburg with fairytale themed rides, shows, and attractions as part of a possible BGW resort!
That could be fun. That said, they do a lot of stuff with classic folklore from Europe without specifically making it about HC Andersen or Brothers Grimm fairytale stories. What I wish they did was bring back dark rides. DarKastle was fun. And while Battle for Eire was kind of okay, it was an effort. But if they had some dark rides, even small ones like small ones at Fantasyland at Disneyland, they could incorporate folklore in a really fun way. BGW is the kind of park that deserves Disney and Universal level dark rides (and it used to have one. )
I would love the little area around Alpengeist to become Switzerland And Forest of Fun to become Norway or Sweden with Viking theme, maybe a new darkride to cohabit it
I visited the park when i was 6 in 78 and i have amazing memories, beautiful and engaging to a young boys imagination. I swear the loch ness was living and breathing back then simply awesome.
BGW is in my top 5 favorite parks and I rank it above every Cedar Fair and Six Flags park. We're all familiar with the "magic" of Disney parks and at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal parks. But I think there's something special about a park that feels magical and transformative without actually being about magic per se. I feel the same about Dollywood and SDC. This place really feels special. It's one of those rare parks that absolutely has something for everyone.
I love your review. I agree with 99% of your recommendations, with the exception of Marco Polo's restaurant. It reminds me of Olive Garden, which is not a compliment. Thank you for the tips!
So close to being the perfect theme park video ! The way you said the longest running show was wayyyyy off, it’s pronounced “Keltic Fire” but it is spelled the Celtic way because you are in Ireland. I highly recommend the tours ! They have 2 for the rollercoasters as well as animals and seasonal tours throughout the year !
taking an uber and directing them towards the employee entrance sometimes gets you ahead of the line. If you are denied, then you need to end the uber and step out on the straight stretch then just walk across the parking lot. I got in early every time and avoided parking fees. The best place to stay is without a doubt GreenSprings Resort. It's a cool ride but they bring you in for seminars and give you cash on visa cards or another week stay just for a 2 hour seminar where you buy nothing. We're talking $80 a night for a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony over a golf course
Going on Friday!!! Can’t wait!!!! It’s my first time. Nessie will be my first traditional Arrow coaster since the only others I rode are Tennessee Tornado and Trailblazer, which are both untraditional for being Arrow coasters.
With Loch Ness Monster being retracted and having all new theming, it is likely to be more popular this year. I wouldn’t go to it first, but lines are likely to be longer than they normally are.
As someone who is a bgw regular DONT buy quick queue on a week day but if it’s the weekend it’s still really expensive and unlimited still doesn’t get you on every ride (Edit) Sorry if I seemed aggressive also go on hallowscream on a weekday GREAT shows
I have a membership at BGW and I can vouch for some of these tips! Also, when it comes to using the pet kennel, you have to pay for the VIP Parking (which is about $52 now). They don't allow pets for general (now $32) or preferred parking (now $42), so they'll make you pay to be cloest to the kennel. I'm not sure if service animals have to be in VIP, but they are allowed in the park (and the ones I've seen there are definitely professionally trained). But I do agree - preferred parking is the best way to go for the extra price (or go to the park on a non-busy month like February & March for Mardi Gras or St. Patrick's Day events, where they usually park everyone in preferred or higher - a better park for the general price!)
Brandon - you should keep the name of the channel as Theme Park Predictions. People know it's not only predictions videos. Theme Park Predictions sounds way better than the others you've tried and it's synonymous with you and your brand.
When I came her in 2013, the entire Italy section was still closed at opening and didn't open.up until an hour later. Does this park still open each land at different times throughout the day, or does the entire park open at the start of the day from now on?
Whoa whoa…”best theme park in America” idk about that. Yes it’s well themed and beautiful, but it definitely needs more things to do. I’m a local and if you’re coming more than a few times a year, it gets stale real fast.
Thank you for giving my home park some love! I have so many memories here over the years going back to 1992.
I live 45 minutes away from BGW and 15 minutes from KD, two great parks less than an hour from where I live.

Thank you! You will have a wonderful time :)
I work at Great Wolf Lodge, and I can confirm it is a VERY popular place to stay for families going to BGW and also wanting to do the waterpark here!

@@zacg_ Yeah! They’ll probably make a second gate dedicated to the classic European fairytales to complement the main park!
They do have Land Of The Dragons and Elmo’s Forest Of Fun
@@Tail1704 True, but I could expect some attractions themed to classic European fairytales that they’re based on.

You could also pair up Busch Gardens Williamsburg with a trip to Virginia Beach and/or the Outer Banks.
My family did that in 2022!
That’s so real
Thank you for this video! We are heading there in about 3 weeks
Yes very helpful thank you 🙏🏽👍🏽

My homepark is so beautiful 😂.. they just need another elite coaster to go with pantheon
RIGHT?! one time I rode Pantheon three times in a row and then I rode a chariot. It was so boring.
With Loch Ness Monster being retracted and having all new theming, it is likely to be more popular this year. I wouldn’t go to it first, but lines are likely to be longer than they normally are.
thank you so much for this! I havent been back since 2006 but we are planning on going in 2025!

Is it busy in October at bgw?
I find Water Country more like a one-time experience, especially when you don’t like water parks as much as roller coaster parks
should I arrive at the park 45 minutes early even though I am going on a weekday?
Hey, are the trading cars going to be in your new ki video.

The first time I went to Busch gardens the dragon stuff wasn’t built but now it’s all done
