This was my home park for several years. More often than not the park is pretty dead, good planning can get you there on a dead day and you can show up and leave whenever and get all the things done! Beautiful park, best in the US, and so much more than rides to do. Everybody best get out here! One other tip! If you go to a local Branson grocery store, you can buy discounted tickets from the cashiers. Little known info but it’s a huge cost saver if you’re not around enough for a season pass!
@@matthewrozumialski8196 if budget isn't a huge deal then Still Waters or Big Cedar Lodge! For a cheap place, I honestly like the Best Western in Branson West more than any other.
@@devdevthrills oh okay. I was actually looking at Still Waters lol We are looking at going in early November for Christmas. Any advice for me? We love theme parks, just want to know some good tips and advice. We are thinking 3 days. And we are thinking of doing an sat-sun- Monday.
@@matthewrozumialski8196 you are gonna love it! Christmas time is amazing. 3 days is plenty, you'll have time to explore Branson. Lots of shows and other attractions in the city. SDC is pretty straightforward, there's way more than just rides so check every corner of the park. They'll have tons of Christmas lights at night. Weekend at holiday time will probably be decently busy, but you'll find a large portion of guests are older who like going for the shows and atmosphere so rides don't get too congested. I'd just make your itinerary somewhat flexible, it gets cold in Missouri so some days are better than others for the theme park or for rides. Don't skip the cave either! Definitely one of the coolest parts of the park. You'll have a blast, it's easily my favorite park in the country.
this is going to help so much! going for the first time tomorrow and riding my first big coaster ever. last time i went to a park was disneyland 4 years ago (im 13 by the way)
Even though I missed your old channel name, I’m excited for what the future holds in store for Theme Park Recommendations, with a mixture of theme park tips and tricks and predictions.
@@ToxicKittiSPwe had the BEST time! We were there on Sunday and everything was a walk on other than Time Traveler averaged a 15 min wait and Fire in the Hole was a pretty steady hour all day. Have a blast!
Thank you for this video. We are travelling to Branson and SDC for the first time this summer. It’s been a must do park for so long (we are U.K. based) and we are super excited to visit the Ozarks.
I am hoping to go there next year at the earliest. After visiting Dollywood for the first time last summer, I am excited to see how this place compares.

Saturdays in SDC in November? Yay or nay?
I'd get there early - before the park opens for sure! Also, Saturdays in Nov are better than Sat in december :)
