He has such a weird running technique and cadence, it always looks like he's slowing to a crawl and someones going to catch him, but they never do.

No sabes mucho de un 10 apertura original,nico sanchez es mejor aun no estando a nivel por su edad y lesiones que tuvo pero es 10 de verdad y carreras juega solo por caprichos de la UAR no es 10 su puesto original es fullback o
de wing podria jugar,los pumas aun juegan sin un 10 original y nico sanchez despues de porta fue el mejor o mejor quiza,argentina lo sufre por no tener un 10 de verdad que pueda hacer jugar mejor al equipo pero dio grandes satisfacciones carreras en los pumas🇦🇷

I think, to some degree, its an optical illusion due to his bizarre running style. He has disproportionately long legs and a really low cadence.
