    He made the platter of h'ordeuvres in the '91 B&tB. Buckwheat-blinis with salmon-roe and blended chicken-livers (because he knows foie-gras is inhumane), weenie and dates in puff-pastries, tea-sandwiches, and those little meat-rolls,

    Given the texture and consistency in the cartoon version, I always thought it was some kind of pudding. My closest idea of what flavor, considering the color, I would have thought it was a mixture of vanilla and chocolate. But, that's just me.
