Congrats band!! Great job!! Have fun at the Macy's parade. My daughter's marching band from Georgia participated in 2005. They had a blast but you'll be in for a long day as you have to rehearse marching into Herald Square. I think my daughter's band had to be dressed and ready by 2 or 3am, but it was worth it. For any parents reading this that will be going to the parade, find a place on the parade route where you want to be and get there by 6:30-7am to secure your place in the front. It gets crowded fast. We stood in Times Square. Or if you can afford a hotel on the parade route reserve a room that has a balcony facing the street and you can watch comfortably from there. Have fun! ❤
