Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.

I make it as far as "select new account" and the screen that pops up next is not the the same screen as the one you are electing "add manually" the screen I get upon selecting new account is just a plain screen asking for the email I want to add, followed by another screen asking for the password, why is that?
