why there is a giant gap between level 10 and the ARCT level?

It’s not. The huge gaps are around levels 3-5, 7-8 and 9-10. Level 10 is almost as complicated as ARCT. It’s just that this video only has one selection for each level that doesn’t represent the whole picture.
