I so appreciate you sharing this. I've spent decades struggling with my introversion. I know now its not a defect nor is someting wrong with us. We simply live in an extroverted world simular to how lefties live in a world cateried to right handed people. Keep being you. Much respect
Your courage in sharing this, combined with your engaging narrative style is just great. Many people will benefit from viewing this, seeing a bit of themselves in you and perhaps discovering their own courage to cautiously take a few steps outside of their self-imposed comfort zones and towards confidence. Nicely done.
Exactly the same for me. I can relate. Being in a large group of extroverts for any length of time is very stressful and completely exhausting for me. My batteries are recharged by having quiet time and time to think (about whatever). It's nice knowing that you're not the only person in the world who's like this. Since you do some film photography -- have you have done any of your own film processing (including dark room printing)? If not, I would suggest giving it a try. It's one of the most relaxing and soothing things that I can possibly think of. Being alone in a cool dark room with a small light and red filter and watching images appear out of nowhere on paper in the developing tray is magical.
🫶🏾 folks like yourself make me feel like it isn’t completely an extrovert’s world. I’m also going to answer your questions in a q&a video I will be releasing soon! Thank you for watching!
Yk what's crazy, I can def remember being very in my head at like Treble events and you always came through dancing with the good energy. To know you're also an introvert is crazy

meditating was a super helpful tool I picked up when I get overwhelmed. Great video, It feels nice when more people normalize being an introvert :>
Meditation can be so difficult for me, but it's so so helpful. #teamintrovert
