DC Police investigating shooting in Navy Yard

There is a large police presence on M Street Southeast and 4th Street Southeast for a reported shooting. Investigators are expected to give an update on what happened.

why didn't you prepare what you were going to say before you said it Reese. He was lame at MPD when he was an Inspector , now he is Chief of Police at Housing and as you can see, it's bad. This is what MPD produces
