No sugar brand muffins (muffins or donuts) Use 1/2 ingredients for donut pan or bite size balls Mix dry ingredients together, wet ingredients together than combine: Oatbran, 2 c. 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 3 scoops protein powder 1/4 c. Craisins or raisins 30 chocolate chips Cinnamon optional Optional 5 tbsp. Cacao, no sugar 1/4 c. walnuts Wet mix: 1 c. Milk or almond, etc. I use (50 calorie 🥥 , Kirkland milk/ no sugar ) 2 egg 1/2 tbsp 🥑 oil 3 oz applesauce 2 capfuls vanilla Mix above Spray 2x donut pans 425, 15 minutes

This bran muffin recipe is the first time baking them and the first time using one of your recipes and I’m so excited and impressed. I’m going to start following your recipes now and I totally trust your thoughtfulness in nutrition value of your recipes. Well I don’t want to keep repeating myself lol 😂 but it’s sooo delicious and tasty and I can’t wait to share them with my little 8 year old granddaughter. She calls me Nana. I’m trying to make her more conscientious about eating sugar but we’ll see how that works out. Ok so I really enjoyed cooking with you and looking forward to many more recipes. ❤

I don't know why the description calls these low carb.... lol. But they look delicious! And absolutely loaded with fiber. I think I will turn this into mini muffins to be a part of a balanced breakfast or to put in my child's lunch box. Can't wait!

@@watthaile2053 When is telling the truth bad manners? I was a Martha Stewart fan for a long while, bought a lot of her cook books as a matter of fact. After testing many recipes in Martha’s cookbooks I came to the conclusion that her recipes don’t work out.

I halved the recipe and they came out beautifully. Absolutely delicious. I added some toasted walnuts. Yummy!

Anyone who knows.... can I substitute buttermilk for the yogurt? I've never baked anything. Yep I'm 62. Lol.
There's a first time for everything! Plain yogurt would make a great substitute for buttermilk; both have a tangy flavor! 😋
