    I was in grad school in the early 1980s. One particular math class had a number of lectures devoted to what at the time was ground-breaking work in unbreakable and error correcting codes. As the story was told to us, the U.S. government had shut down journal publication of some of the latest advancements mathematicians (including several at my school) were making because our adversaries (principally, but not exclusively, the Soviets) could learn all about the developments. As I and my fellow students figured it, the math professors were using us and the notes we took to chronicle not the developments, themselves, so much as to have us know the methods and the way of thinking about the possibilities and how to arrive at them for practical use.

      You know, it's funny that there is more than one way to make an unbreakable code, and some of them are simple enough for a 7th grader to come up with. Others require grad school, LOL. Of course, after inventing it, what use does a 7th grader have for such a thing? Not much.

      @@hxhdfjifzirstc894 An interesting side note was that we had the company of a geneticist in the math building on occasion because he knew that our error correcting codes were somehow related to how gene replications do the same thing. TR-3 is used in US Congress budgets. It's currently applied to the F35 Lighning II. It means "Technology Revision" 3 (TR-3) the B aspect, is when the "Astra" (SR-71) changed designation to "Quartz", initially gaining the B moniker, as a subset, however it was later given an entirely separate code word, for creation of the SR-75 and for the SR-91 Aurora was designated, although you will find mixups on the Internet claiming the SR-75 Darkstar as Aurora, as once again the project shifted from Quartz / 75 to Aurora / 91. Officially these aircraft do not exist although, there is radar tracking data and intercepted Millitary crosstalk, using the designation "Darkstar November" and "Darkstar Mike", which also indicates that the SR-75 Darkstar not only exists, but there is at least 2 of them and being the alphabetical chronology, at least 12 earlier iterations of the 2 production units, that were tracked over Europe, where the intercept of crosstalk originated. There was also an incident that occurred in the UK at a military aviation base, where one of the craft ran into trouble and was forced to make an emergency landing, requiring lockdown of the base and a media blackout. All there for you to explore, and find out for yourself.. these are not the most hotly gaurded secrets after all, which also leads to speculation, as to why.

    I went and read many of these patent forms as well as others filed on behalf of Dr. Pais for the USN. I'm a fairly intelligent guy with an engineering degree and a minor in physics...and the wording, declared results, and theories stated therein make absolutely no realworld sense. Much of these patent claims seem to act as if the basic Laws of Physics don't exist, especially in the fields of spatial gravitics, quantum physics, mechanical/chemical engineering.
    I theorize that many of these patents are a ruse or false flag operation to lead either the public or a foreign entity on a wild goose chase. I'm sorry, guys, but I'm gonna have to call BS on this one.

    #3 : One of the problems with lasers is the energy decreases with the square of the distance. Thus, the energy of the device ( at the " muzzle " ) will decrease 100 * 100 = 10000 fold at 100m distance.

    • @StevenStanleyBayes
      @StevenStanleyBayes 4 месяца назад

      @@alexlifeson44 How will the laser move air? By heating? Then, the laser must be so powerful, better heat the air with conventional methods. Also, the heated air will, only be very near the laser ( in one point only ). To heat air in a huge volume, either millions of lasers must be used or one which moves the beam. Then, until another point is heated, the other one will be cooled. Also, ultrasound cannot move air without new air coming in and the new air will be cold. One cannot make a bubble in the air, the bubble must have physical walls to keep the new air from coming and, even then, the surrounding air will cool the walls and the adjacent air inside. Not to mention the power of the ultrasounds. 1KW of audio can make sound in a square, a few kW in a big stadium and this is, just, for the people to hear the sound. Can you imagine the power to move people or objects? MW? GW? TW? Just to move an 80kg man a meter or two. A simple jet engine will heat the air much easier and move, too.

Most interesting one is human teleportation and John St Claire making first contact by teleporting himself to the “alien beings” who confirmed seeing smoke he blew into an “existing” wormhole we already created, in their dimension. Triangles for the edge of space runway, basicly aircraft carrier blimps that connect to each other to make a runway. They are electricly powered. Once saw 2 go by low and slow, one was lit up and running, and they had teather or extetion cord going to the other one that wasnt lit, they had spotlight on the cord, seems they didn't want it to pull tight, so probably a power cord connection. They were about the size of a football field if they were connected, and about 30 feet top to bottom. The sound I heard was like a low V12/24 cyl engine at mid rev, but to me when I went outside, it sounded more like electrical hum, comming from the 3 corner lights.

    I saw a TR3 on my commute to work in 2017. Got a good, long look at it as it hovered at around 300' altitude, right overhead. It was super early morning (around 5:30) and still dark when I stopped my motorcycle at an intersection, it seemed to get darker outside suddenly, so I looked up and there it was. It seems like the pilot(s) wanted me to see it, 'cause it sat there, very still for nearly 30-40 seconds before gaining altitude and banking into clouds. I experienced alot of weird things around that time.

    I clicked because I saw the triangle in the thumbnail in 92 or 93, didn't notice the divot in the center, dull white lights on the back corners, red light on the tip with two more white lights left and right behind the red one. wasn't quite dark, it couldn't have been more than a thousand feet directly over me if that, not much sound at all and it was not going fast at all, watched till it went out of sight. 💚 from the middle of W.V.

    What is the point in filing a secret patent? The moment of filing is a secrecy breaching event to begin with but also, the point of a patent is to let everyone know that you have exclusive rights to its production and monetization. If an entity is not letting it be known of the existence of a thing because of secrecy, why file the patent?

    I think "Plasma Ghosts" or a similar projection to be explanation for the many UFO sightings of the military pilot's in 2004. though I believe them to be the convergence of two or more beams or lasers generated by the Navy in particular. There were several of the more secretive Navy ships in the area when they happened. It would seem to be the most likely explanation. The big problems will always be atmospheric conditions and massive power requirements.

    the only problem I have with any of this is how quickly the 'gravitational wave generator' patent was glossed over. regardless of if it is high frequency or not - the process of creating a gravity wave is not known to current physics or science that I know of. they can be detected, but producing them is entirely a different matter. inertia can be dampened by electrical potential fields and those can be used to create impulse, but that is not the same as gravity. bravo to them if they did it, but that science is literally out of this world kind of level of science.

Only it was shaped like the Batman emblem and the center was a thick glass portal so I could see right through it. A couple stars warped as it passed by them. Flew South to North directly to the Strip. Completely quiet. Weird AF.
