At first glance, I was captivated! This is the kind of design that is so attractive, so clean, so elegant for a bungalow...and I thought "WOW!" And when I saw the est. cost, it's also a "WOW!" Lovely, lovely design pang world-class.
Where did you see the estimated cost? Did it contain the price of the land as well?I looked in the description and I didn`t see itg. 83 sm is big...I lived in 85 sm house similar to this and it was huuuge for a couple, but I did love it! It only had one panoramic view wall and a balcony, but it had plenty of light. If I were to build my own, nothing less than 80 sqm would do. Even if I build over a couple of years, as we are on a very tight budget on my own plot of land.
Sa pahiin... Bawal ang bintana na itapat sa pintuan. Kaya siguro lagi magkasalungat ang mga mapahiin at mga architect. Nasisira kase ang style na gusto ng mga architect 😊😊
For 83sq.m. floor, it's amazing how you manage to fit all that and still managed to make it light and airy. Ganda ng designs mo. I am glad RUclips recommended this to me.
This is a beautiful design, perfect for a retired person of couple or a young person or couple who want a nice and modern but compact easy to care for home. Plus it's perfect for a picturesque lot with all the glass.
I just don’t see why the outdoor washer/dryer would fly unless this was awfully close to the equator. Love the kitchen. Finally a design that doesn’t rely on only open shelving
Love it! So open & airy. The glass windows or panels makes this house looked bigger than it actually is. However, I would prefer the master bedroom to have its own t&b. Other than that it’s perfect. Addition of solar panels would be a great plus.❤️
kitchen needs an island counter preferably, and the bathroom shower should have darker gray tones, perhaps some stone walls, and tiling, basically giving it a dark, cozy vibe. but overall beautiful design!!
Nice design. Though I would love the design opening to outside view, I am concerned about security with the extensive use of glass. Can you design instead with less of these glass walls but still providing openings for light/air circulation? Also could you design with a T&B for the masters bedroom as well as a different floor level for the bedrooms? How about providing a WFH small ofc area cum study room cum entertainment area if possible?
Would this design be suitable for single storey in hot tropical climate throughout the year, any other ways to overcome the heat and keep the house cool?
Seen a few of your designs, all are very nice. But why always “small” house design? Please design a more expansive mid-size home with 4 bedrooms and include rooms for maid and the driver. Looking forward to it and ty in advance😃

Wooooow😱 ilove it😍 esp bcz there is a genkan (japanese entrance hall)...that is a must in my dream house😊...the huge veranda/terrace...wide glass walls and open concept...uugghh🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 i hope you can make something like this with my additional specs like...few steps up going to the bedroom area...a loft...a kitchen with island counter...and a powder room🙏☺️ btw, im ur new fan here😉
OK where is the utility room? Where do you store your extra toilet paper and your household tools and supplies? Is there a basement for all that stuff? What about your winter clothes or is there no winter where this house will be built? It needs a dedicated media space for two people, and I don't mean a media room. I mean a room where one can work remotely. I love the style but I think an extra 20m2 would make a huge difference in liveability. If there is a garage, perhaps in there, but you would have to heat the garage and protect all your belongings against mildew and insects.
some of the things designers miss: elec./water in kitchen is usually building code to have on two separated walls, or a greater distance than most of the small house designs have. There's no pantry or broom closet. There are never any of the mechanical rooms: water heaters, even instant hot types require a closet. So does the air conditioning return air unit. Never put washing machines etc, out doors - they rust.
Love this design would appreciate it if you could share the drawings and if that is not possible at least let me know what the scale is.... would appreciate your help in building my dream home.
Will this design have provision to tackle extreme heat ? In hot climate ? Roof treatment or use of wind? I live in a region where summer days have temperatures upto 46 degrees centigrade
The design is beautiful. But the living room does not look too friendly to have gest friends over. Unless they go to watch TV. I would also have a half bathroom, it is always uncomfortable to have someone having a shower when you need to do your necessities. Thanks for sharing.
Kasama na ba sa price na 2.1 M lahat except for furnitures? What if 2 guest rooms sa baba and sa taas ang masters and view deck, how much will that be?

kitchen needs an island counter preferably, and the bathroom shower should have darker gray tones, perhaps some stone walls, and tiling, basically giving it a dark, cozy vibe. but overall beautiful design!!

I am still not sure if I want the washer/dryer on the outside of the house. And too much wrapped around porch loosing a lot of living areas.
