This is perfect. I love the floor plan especially the living area kasi ako palagi ako natambay sa sala aside sa room. Yong sala is naka separate cya sa entry way, hindi katulad ng ibang designs na kapag papasok kana sa entry e na iistorbo pa yong nanonood ng tv diba kasi maglalakad pa sa harap ng TV sana ganyan lagi designs kahit small house. Pa request naman po ng bongalow na house na 300sqm lot area with 4 bedrooms and high ceiling with front and back yard pwede po? Thank you 😊

No room for a w/d I ain’t living’ there. Love the 2nd level deck. Mitch has only four open shelf hi storage wouldn’t work unless you were single. Plenty of room but I would need the upper deck pergola’d or covered in some way.

When you enter the house, in the left side is the living room, in the right side is the master bedroom, ahead is the kitchen and etc., to totally visualize the overall design. What do you think of this sequence. Just a suggestion. This video presentation is 9 out of 10. Great design!
can you make a 62*42 plot house design with parking space and a workshop and Lil bit of outdoor space for relaxing? I need to show my aunt our future home. Am from a middle family so I can't afford to hire an architect for the house design so it would be such an honour to see a glimpse of the design from you.
I can't get a good idea if the space in the second floor. I would love tonout my hone theater up there...maybe forget about at least one of thendesj and chair settings. But I can't quite see how the space actually looks...if it would work for a projector and wide-screen that comes down from the ceiling.

Why did you give top roof slab slope into balcony,10.27 it shows.
Water will directly flow roof slab to balcony.the slope should be in opposite side.
they have a thing called guttering, which will direct the water away
