It is a very logical question if you dont get your feelings involved. Different regions have different culture and that translates to the region's cinema and how it is made. For eg South Indian movies( especially Tamil and Telugu) have very different type of action movies and maas movies are another example. Also the way scenes are choreographed and how much cgi, practical effects and overall effects driven films are made vary depending upon how much money is pumped into a particular industry. People associated with Hollywood will definitely have different work ethic and routine when compared to someone in Bollywood. You can see how when stunt directors come to India from abroad they talk about how safety is not a primary concern in India. It is not always disrespectful to ask such questions as you learn something. I like Rana but I dont know what he was on about in that reply.

This question stumped me for many years in childhood, because it's not single owner who represents the industry. Then when I looked at Hollywood and thought it must be the place, but movies take place in different places too and in different studios. Then later I realised the actors are always the same. Movies considered tollywood only hire only those people, etc.
