Cara Mia Valentina, Come Stai.! Delizioso 🍎:⁠-⁠) Anytime I see Puff Pastry it takes me back to one of my first jobs after Culinary school. I worked at a place called DuFore pastry. ALL I did was make Puff Pastry. 100's of pounds daily. They also supplied restaurants with the Puff. Thank goodness they had a dough roller, but I still had to fold it over and over by hand. I had an excellent baking instructor. Chef David Munn, he published 2 books, The Joy of Baking and The Joy of Pastry. I didn't care much about baking before school but he was such a great teacher and person that I excelled in baking. We made the graduation Cake. Long before you were born I'm sure. I'll send you a pic. How do you stay so slim surrounded by all those yummy desserts. I gain weight just watching 😆. I like making Savory dishes with the Puff Pastry. Same thing you did but with sausage and roasted peppers, mozzarella and of course a lot of Reggiano :⁠-⁠P . Puff Pastry can be used for many things. Especially a "Napoleon" dessert. Ti Amo Amica Mio, Dio Ti Benedica 🇺🇸✝️🇮🇹📖✌️💞🙏🥀😘😘

Wow, it's a hard work making puff pastry...luckily at least you had a dough roller! Hahaha, I have a slim build and I don't eat myself all the desserts I cook; consdier that I also have to formulate and test the recipes before I can film videos, so imagine how many desserts pass through my hands :P

@@HowTasty Felice Sabato Cara Mia. Yes indeed it's hard work. Baking bread isn't easy either. Those loaves and rolls don't form themselves. You do get a strong grip. Bakers can open walnuts with their hands. How hard it must be on you having to sample all your desserts :⁠-⁠) . I'm sure the rest of your family doesn't mind the leftovers. I have to limit my desserts these days but I give in sometimes. Especially if I make it. Mostly I give it to my neighbors. Usually at holidays. Just made dough last night for pizza and some I used to make for breadcrumbs that I added to the meatloaf I have in the oven now. MMM MMM MMM, wish I could share. ❤️🤍💙✝️💚🤍❤️🙏🕊️✌️💞🥀😘😘
