What's the sideboard plan vs BW midrange/deadguy ale? Is meddling mage a good card against them? It looks like this deck has a good matchup in g1 but post side they board in Phyrexian Negator, Aura of Silence and cards that stop the graveyard (Planar Void, Tormod's Crypt, Withered Wretch, Furnace).
Yes. As I explained, I always thought the deck was wildly mana hungry, and I think I wouldn't play any less than 26 lands. Even playing 27 I didn't really feel like I was playing that many, honestly.
So to start combo I have to say Im holding priority and then put targets one the stack? Can i also from one paralax wave remove opponent creatures permanently and save mine so they come back?
@@fpawluszmtg so how to play that in real life? I hold priority for his creature and mine let resolve normaly and then again holding priority targetin my parallax wave?
@@WatchThatFast You activate on all your creatures, let the triggers resolve, then exile all their stuff, and with your last counter you exile the wave itself.
@@WatchThatFast Technically you do, and you might as well do it, but honestly Premodern is a pretty casual format and it's all about friendly vibes, so it'd be extremely rare that somebody would attempt to rules lawyer you over something like this.
Yes, this deck is spectacular. I think the list that Paulmaster beat me with in the finals of the Champions of Champions tournament is very, very good.
Not really... I think when ppl realized to cut them that was a massive step forward for the archetype since you no longer have cards that do literally nothing but come back to your hand, so they only do anything at all starting with the 2nd Frantic Search/Attunement you cast.

Yes, all of this works exactly as you mentioned it. It's quite insane!
