I C N mall OMG. very poorly managed is being kind. example: 1st floor, 100s of people because of the biggest grocery in Bohol. just go to the only CR, no TP and no toilet seat. what does that tell you?? I thought about buying a couple of toilet seats and 2 doz rolls of TP and dumping in the admin office. but that would tooo much of my americano coming out. LOL
