Super interesting I’ve taken away the pilsner malt descriptive from Andy sweet hay was it ? Now makes sense to me after all this time. Complex hop obviously I need some. Another super interesting vid cheers 👍🍻

I got a pack of Lorien as the mystery hop selection from the MM. Wasn’t sure what to do with it, so used it in a lager kit. Also found it a bit odd. Got most of left still but keep going back for a sample and it’s a one at time beer for me. Cheers 🍻
