So did tydetime.... the point tide was making was in pandas video he didnt take advantage at certain times.... face camping isnt viable....but used strategically.......camping is very viable..... the killer must be allowed to play defense

I really was hoping he would have some great suggestion for buffing the killer since I play both equally

The very video tyde posted proved that camping can be viable...i mean he scored 17k as a result.... not cause he only face camped... he chased and targeted new survivors each time they came for a save...... he punished bad altruism which is a thing.... whether survs want to admit it or not.....

WHO DEFENDS CAMPERS? Me and my friends when we find a camping killer, we hang on the hook and just message the other teammates asking not to be saved so we dont feed them. Then we power through the gens. If that happens we usual y get at least 3 done while someone is on the hook. We have killers rage quiting when they realize we arent saving people and just doing gens. Sorry camping doesnt make the game fun... its a style of play yes, but how is it fun? I am gonna hook someone and stand here...... okay sure, ill die and depip and hope my teammates dont waste their time saving me, so they can survive.
The only excuse is zoning around a hooked survivor near an opened door, and that's technically not camping at this point, but as long as half the community keep camping and finding silly excuses i just can't take seriously people clamining survivors are toxic, I've been called toxic for using a flashlight just to save my ass 3 times in a row
Camping isn't a good tactic throughout most of the game, but I would argue endgame when the gates are open and there's possibly still multiple survivors left on the map, there's really no reason not to camp and to secure whatever kill you can get.
Understand that camping / tunneling survivors isn't fun for survivors, but often times playing as Killer in general isn't fun. I find Killer sooooo much more stressful when compared to Survivor because of the constant time crunch to find and down someone.
@@Steve-bv1to if there's is 4 survivor left then either you did bad or they did good, if you camp that one dude at the end, you just punish him because he was better,at least give him a chance, you can tunnel him at best, but not camping, this is not an excuse, just admitting your own weakness,
Personally I'm at a point where camping have become so frequent I only play Killer and having way more fun than in survivor, even 5 of my friends sold the game recently because of this awful community
@@Sweatopod98 I don't think people do it because they're necessarily bad or the other team is better. I primarily play Survivor on PS4, but I got to Rank 1 with both sides last month so I try to see it from both perspectives.
Ultimately everyone who plays this game is human. Just like I've seen Killers take out their last frustrating game on Survivors, I've seen SWF who promote themselves as toxic intentionally trying to ruin the Killers time. The issue at hand is that DbD is a competitive game, and the competitive mindset comes along with it. That's why you see in everyone one of these discussions it becomes very much a Survivor vs Killer discussion with both sides saying things like "******* mains crying? What's new?" and both sides throwing out the git gud.
Although it's a game and games are supposed to be fun, because of this competitive aspect there is always SOMEONE who feels they got the short end of the stick. Much as if you were playing an FPS and you got killed at the start of the round before every other player all game. That's not fun either.
The community as a whole needs to pull itself out of the negative mindset that so many seem to have, and just understand that you won't survive or won't 4k or even 2k every game, and that's just the way it goes. Throw out a gg, keep your snarky or hateful comments to yourself, and shrug it off and go onto the next game. Or take a break and come back later if the game makes you that angry if you do poorly a round or two.
@@Steve-bv1to That is really something I'd like to read more,yes of course I want to win blood points, but I never tryhard, or pass my frustration on a survivor, if the last game were fun I'm going for another, and another,that's what people should do.
But with camping and with this kind of behavior that literally punish someone and make them not being able play the game and spend 2 minutes on a hook because the killer is mad or just want his 10 000 BP, nothing is getting better
That's the problem right now, everyone is getting competitive, this bringing excuses for Antisportive behavior and absolutely wanting Blood points,
The devs are to blame as well, for not doing anything about in game toxicity, even calling camping strategy and the Bloodpoints system that could be improved even more, for now there is no reason for this kind of cycle of hate/disgust to dissappear, and as long as it exist there will be worse and worse people and behavior in game

fun is very subjective, every person have their own likes and dislikes. Just because you found something boring it doesn't mean it will always apply to other people.

You have already made a camping video to show the BP difference. Everyone who is disagreeing with you and saying camping is a tactic or whatever, they just suck at the game. Sometimes camping is necessary if all survivors are right there. But camping is so boring
the objective of the game isnt farming bloodpoints showing its not an efficient way to get bloodpoints isnt the same as showing its not an effective tactic

@@Crazzy13abe i neither play for bloodpoints nor do i enjoy standing and watching survivors on hook i play because i enjoy the concept and mechanics of the game im simply telling you that peoples motivation to play the game doesnt boil down to how can we farm bloodpoints in the most efficient way and showing campers that they arent getting as many bloodpoints or arent ranking up as fast something thats already common knowledge isnt going to change the way they play that would be like telling survivors hey you can get way more bloodpoints if you started running DS with purple flashlights every game something everyone already knows and while some people play the game like that because they enjoy it most people choose not to because its not enjoyable even though it would be a more efficient way for them to get bloodpoints

honestly, i support you for saying camping is not the way to play the game. as a killer main, i never camp. if you camp while playing as a killer than stop being a noob and get better at the game
Panda, when you spectate and go back to debrief you'll generally lose the buttons to report/props but you can fix that by clicking back and forth on the debrief summary screens- "" arrows.

I feel like I cant agree with your assessment on Ruin, Panda. At the highest ranks it is 100% a required perk, since even if it only slows the game down just a little bit, any additional time survivors need to find and destroy it is additional time to potentially injure and hook survivors.
Hell, I feel like the biggest benefit of Ruin that doesnt get brought up much is it removing the repair bonus from hitting great skill checks.
Tl;dr playing killer at red ranks without Ruin is like starting a race where your opponents are already two laps ahead of you

too bad people at those ranks can hit ruin skillchecks and will be able to take down the totem easily, as there are 4 of 'equal skill', totems dont stand a chance and you're logically better of with a perk that actually last through the game, overcharge and or pop goes the weasel are already better, gitgud
Ruin shouldn't be required or a must have I mean maybe if you want to be annoying or fuck with people in lower ranks like 20 - 17 but in higher ranks maybe 6, 7 - 1 it shouldn't do much as by the time you are rank 1 you should be pretty good at skill checks (unless carried) and can hit greats fairly easily and could either gen rush or totem rush you. Although I can see your point and agree with you this is just my opinion. Have a good one if you do read this.

Ooh hey Panda, you should play a gen regression build , where you take pop goes, overcharge, ruin, and some other perk, it’s really fun. I usually run it on hag, and it works wonders, as well as being super satisfying since regressing those gens is great

I usually use technician, self care, premonition and urban invasion .... is this a good load out or should i use something else. I die a lot i’m not very good lmao. Sometimes i use dark sense instead or premonition but i do like the latter one better.

Hey there! What do you think about one or some more video guides about all the killers and their playstyle? Tipps and guides how to play them. I would really like that. For me, my biggest problem is the nurse. I play her a lot, but I don't get better with her.

Spirit was wall hacking. I was wondering if she was running BBQ to find panda but she was not. Then it just doesnt make sense to me how she came to panda at correct generator out of 5, kicked it without worrying the survivor(s) would run off, and then risked wasting a hit to hit behind the tree where panda was hiding ( 31:21 ). Hacker, shame, smh.

Camping is a strategy, just not a very viable one when gens still need doing. Now that type of camping I don't understand.
Its one of those things that people hate and that you hate but you need to do if you want that one kill.

Can we get some Adam Francis gameplay? I've actually used the Distraction a few times to get out of a map safely! It's a little tough to build up the 45 seconds, but when you do, it's hilarious to watch killers run off at a notification! I managed to avoid a hatch standoff more than once by using it.

I'd like you to try an "Sense" build with Dark Sense, Deja Vu, Kindred, Object of Obsession, and spine chill or premonition. Bring a rainbow map or a skeleton key with add on of your choice.

(survivors spend more time healing instead of doing gens, it is way better tactic than using Ruin) *Substitute last two perks for anything really*

It is Shadowborn-Predator-Bloodhound-Distressing (I plan on replacing Distressing with Overcharge once I unlock it). Addons are Blink-Swift Hunt or Blink-Windstorm or Bone Clapper-Ghost.
