Nice review. If you remember, the surface is grippy or not? I've got elite 3 and they are far too slippy.

The Elite 5 has a matte plastic construction, which might provide a bit more grip if your hand is not too dry. Some of us with dry/rough hands might find it a little powdery and slippery. Maybe can try getting a rubbery case.
