Cait's essence of arcane was so well put in this. I love how the arrangement starts so disciplined and majestic and then starts changing and becoming more agressive each time. It represents how people views her/ how she really is and how she feels

Yeah, if you showed me this without context and told me it was made by a GAME COMPANY I would lose my mind, Riot has some crazy talented musicians and composers
I can learn music by ear, make music by ear, but I can't really read sheet music.
in order to understand every note you have to play an instrument seriously for at least around 10 to 15 years.
@@nathanrey Not really, I've had 10 years of piano (had to stop 3 years ago because of studies and an injury), yet I have no notion of music theory. Reading this sheet, I can easily keep track of the notes displayed here, but I can't understand why there is a GBD - ADFA chord at 1:14 for instance, nor why there is this succession of chords there, or here, etc.
@@nathanrey Not true at all. You don’t need to be playing that long. By the time I had played Guitar for 5 years I could pick out any note and most basic triad chords by ear. I’m taking theory now after 7 years and it’s blowing the door open on music.

Riot's Music Department is just something else. I have no real clue of music production (can't read notes or played an instrument) - but every time I fire up FL Studio and wanna make some nice Progressive (Psy) Trance or a beat or what ever, I most of the time end up doing a part with classical instruments and am stuck there for a while - I just lose myself. Pianos, violins, trumpets... it's all just beautiful - and this right here describes it very well.
