Calling someone a wannabe has two different connotations from what I can tell. It is less an insult disparaging people for trying, but rather one saying that either you're trying to be successful just by copying someone else's style, like how people used to call Justin Beiber a wannabe Michael Jackson (for some reason) a while back, or it's used as a statement for what you are and could ever be. A wannabe software engineer because in reality, you could never be one.

What I really appreciate about Cody is that he’s totally chill to hang out and collab with the people he roasts. We’ve seen it with Matty Smoakes, the Kombucha King, Tyler Brash, etc., etc. You can even see when Jake comes in, Cody’s first response is to be totally chill with him. To me, bullying is just a term for a party bringing harm to another party who's unable to fight back. It often comes up in childish contexts because school is a perfect breeding ground for bullying behavior, but it's not exclusive to schools. It can be anything from a big twitter account driving someone who insulted them off the platform to a big corporation killing the business of a small mom and pop shop before buying them out. But it's not this. This is dumb.
Or when people call somebody a bully after they confronted them, not insulting them everyday, but confronting their stupidity
