- Typically summer makes fishing for trout a bit more difficult as the trout seek deeper and cooler water. Come along as we search for deep water near shore and target large cutthroat trout. I also try to provide a bit of information on how to make bait selections.

Broke a Ugly stick never seen that before
I have fished with ugly stik for about 20 years and never broken one until this year. I broke one this spring at starvation and then this one. Not sure if the quality is going down or if I had damaged it a few weeks previously. I’m still gonna fish with em though!!💯

I have a question for Strawberry. How do you fish there for some Rainbows without a boat and without using bowerbait? Also, where to find the tube jig that he was using in the vedio
@@ruilongzhang9411 rainbows usually are a little less aggressive than cutthroat. I’ve found the best way to target them is with powerbait. Curly tails and tubes also work, but you will get a lot of cutthroat. The tube in the video is made by a local guy. Just google send it outdoors. It is the bite size black and gold tube.

@@waguni check out send it outdoors. He has a website and you can get them there. He is Utah based and they are super high quality. The ones I used are the bite size version.
