I used to have on my old iPhone this app called Life Clock (under I don’t believe the app is still around) but when it was in the digital clock format and you dragged your finger across the screen it would make little quiet sounds that sounded like this I used to really like that app (even though the time format was 24-hour time and there was no way to switch it to 12-hour time and I much prefer 12-hour time as opposed to 24-hour time) but besides that it was a really cool app it’s just a shame it’s no longer available as far as I know
