I also experienced the sound imbalance where the right earcup is much louder than the left. With these headphones on, whenever I watch or listen to any content with vocals, it feels like the vocalist is vocalizing to the right of their microphone. Thanks for uploading this video, I thought that I was going crazy. I'm planning to return these ASAP.

i thought i was the only one having issues with these, or maybe i was unlucky and got defective ones. I previously had the qc25 for 6 years with no problems and when it broke decided to get the latest qc45. As soon as I put them on I was suprised at the bad sound quality. They definitely sound more like £20 not £250 headphones.

I experience a slight unbalanced sound between left and right and that is my main complaint too. Though your claim about the bass is simply not true. The Bose has a more linear bas curve compared to some other competitors which often has a raised upper bass level

@@kamil950 I have the same problem with sound dropping out for a few seconds or it becoming really crackly. I got in touch with Bose support about it and they told me to do this - disable multi-point connection. The problem with this is I shouldn't be disabling one of the major pieces of functionality just to fix a problem with their product. Even so I tried disable it and they still glitch just as much. (I've also reset them many times). I don't know why this issue doesn't affect their sales because they clearly aren't doing anything to fix it!

I have same problem with the sound + glitch. So annoying. the problem also is I use mine when being outside in the wind. The qc35 have great option for that with low ANC. The 45 will glitch and whistle like crazy. Returning mine today and getting a new pair of qc35 cause they are much better 😊

I use a pair of these and have other problems: 1). CONSTANTLY dropping the connection to the Mac (even with latest firmware/software updates). 2). Less than fantastic noise cancelling. 3). The controls are not fantastic if you are at a distance from your device. Playing/pausing/muting is a problem with just one control button responsible for all of those functions.
On the plus side, the battery life is fantastic - lasts a day or more easily.

I've had mine replaced twice and just got the new replacement. The first time I paired everything was working great, but again I'm having the same problem I had with the two pairs I exchanged. The mic stops picking up sound. No problem with the audio, but the mic picks up now sound. Sometime it will start working again when I unpair and repair, but now it's back to the mic being totally dead. Anyone else have this issue?

The only issue i have is when im watching somthing or just listening to music the audio will randomly cut out for a second or two. not sure if that's somthing i can fix or if it's another issue with the headphones. Bose QC 45 headphones look expensive and are the most comfortable and great looking to wear. However, some much cheaper headphones are better and more reliable. After only a couple of years, these headphone won't turn on unless I connect them to a USB power source. Even then, I cannot connect to Blue tooth. I tried removing them from BT and a factory reset and could not reconnect. I can connect them to an Phone via an adapter and cable and listen through a music app. However, that is not as convenient as a BT connection. There is a also a problem with sound balancing as described in this video. I would therefore not recommend these headphones until Bose corrects the connection and balancing problems.

I would have to agree with him 💯 percent!! in this matter (except for the balance I had no issues with that) I was totally flabbergasted by the maximum volume and Bass of these headphones I thought it would be like their predecessor but noooo! very poor it's like listening to a transistor radio no lie I had the QC -35 for around 4 years had to get rid of them because the battery died out where it couldn't be recharged anymore and I couldn't change the battery extremely difficult.. the volume and Bass were really fantastic all the time never any issues..and for the price of $329 for the successor not worth it I paid $249 that's $80 off the regular price but still not worth it I'm guessing this must have been done on purpose from the manufacturer but for what reason? Why couldn't it be kept the same as the QC -35 I'm a total Bass head and love to listen to my club music the way it's supposed to be heard loud with a lot of bass this is going to ruin their selling these headphones especially for people like me these headphones were made for the elderly.. sorry 😔 to say Boss

Are you using iPhone? Or apple products. If you’re using an iPhone go to sound & haptics, headphone safety and turn off the loud sound toggle switch that should do it….
I bought the soundcore A40 earbuds, the Bose Q45, and the sony buds 700 and they all sounded very low. I figured there was something wrong and I was right, I had the safety feature on that enables sounds to go past 85 decibles.
They also work better on android phones/products than apple, any Bluetooth device works better on androids that isn’t the beats or their own apple product. W1 apple chip ain’t no joke, but yeah hope that helps if that was your issue. As for the bass Bose has always had shitty bass lol, I’ve own Bose soundbars, earbuds, cars with Bose speakers and they all lack bass but they compensate with quality sound.
