We have a 10KVA UPS of BPE make (2018). The batteries have been replaced recently 6 months ago. But the UPS is still displaying Battery low. What could be the reason?

Inverter ka output rating 1225 va hai. Online ups 1kva ka hai efficiency kitni hai utna power add hoga. .suppose efficiency 80%hai 20%loss hai toh 200va add hoga . Clearance ke liye 30% extra chahiye means 300va then inverter needed will be 1500va roughly. Or check full load on inverte .agar 800va ya close aata hai toh theek hai
@Total Power Solution Sir kisi ne 5kva online pcu bolkr de diya tha...aur 16 battery lgakr...solar panel voc 210-230 voc bnakr direct batteries par lga di ..fir bht battery kharab hoti thi..ab 16 battery ka controller bht costly h..16 battery ki series h ..sab battery change bhi nahin kr sakta..aap 48 ka bnado..fir mppt contrlr khareed lunga...possible?

So after 2 years one bettery is not working properly and i want to remove it. If i connect only 2 bettery(24vdc) and change parameter in ups mannualy(24vdc) then what effect on ups. Please suggest me. Company tell me purchase bettery.
It will be very difficult to change 36v UPS to 24 v . you need to remove many connections or need to replace parts trace parts. A simple mathod is to put a new battery innplace of defective one
01 Bus error showing in this UPS. Can you please tell what could be the problem output, charging ok. Rarely it works ok but often end up in error while in backup mode.

Hi Sir, thank you for this video. Do you have schematic for this ups ? Mine is quiet similar and had a weird issue ! As soon I tried to activate outpout, a big flash happens (pink like plasma) beetween 4 fast switching diode mounted on heatsink, but nothing burnt on the board, basic check of component doesn’t reveal something for now. First you need to check that battery is charging properly with rated current then check for error..

You need to trace Resistor divider of Volt battery.. Try to check R Gnd
