My goodness, Pam, you've outdone yourself - what a beauty! I think I had those paper dolls, too! Mem-riiiiiiieeeees... Little girls today are totally missing out. Now, I've got to go back and watch again. So much to see. Brava! ~ Lisa
At the risk of being repetitive....WOW. Your set is stunning. I love the way you married everything together. I am relatively new to your channel and do not comment much and since this is an older post you may not see but your work is wonderful and inspiring. Thank you for sharing your creative thoughts and I do find value in your content, - Jenn
Oh my word, 'The Victorian Correspondence Journal' is such a treasure, adore it! Masterpiece! And the Enigma is once again a piece of engineer art, with all the flips, so genius. My brother & I really liked to go on the toboggan when we were kids. The were some awesome slopes at my grandparents farm, loved the snow! Oh, such happy passed days! All your videos are so good and inspiring! Thank you!
"WOW". She is beautiful and totally awesome. I was mesmerized watching you flip through this amazing journal. How are you going to beat this one ????? AWESOME I say, AWESOME!!!!
I love your journal, but your enigma journal is worthy of a "craft with me". One of your pictures with the Christmas presents.. remember the Canadian cold winters, but I don't miss those taboggans at all. (Live in SWFL also).
Just got a chance to see this awesome journal. How you come up with all these ideas is beyond me. You are so talented and loved your original art work..... cyndi m.
OMG, she is just absolutely gorgeous! You have outdone yourself! I’m in love with this journal! I knew she would find a new home quickly! Good for her! Looking forward to your next video! Hugs ❤️
Wow. So so beautiful. Love the whole book set. When Betty paper doll showed up I laughed. Last weekend I just found a box of my paper dolls from childhood in my Dad's attic we were cleaning out. And you guessed it , Betty and the rest of the gang was in there. Along with Donny and Marie Osmund, little Lulu and Annie, the Walton kids. Fun to see there's more Bettys out there. Another funny, the report card from James Frederick made me smile. My son's name is Frederick James, named after my grandfather and my father-in-law. Inspired by your videos, love them so much. I posted a pic on Instagram of some Christmas ephemera I've made after watching you. Getting a head start on December dailies for Christmas presents. Much love.
That is awesome Rochelle! I love hearing about your attic treasure find! What a coincidence on the name too! Yes, paper dolls are the bomb!! :) Have lots of fun crafting and way to get an early start on Christmas!! :)
Geez Louise!! Pam, I can never get anything done since I found your channel! lol I am going to try to make my own enigma today. I am supposed to be baking cookies, finishing my nieces composition junk journal, and wrapping presents. But I have my priorities right and I will be crafting instead!! Ha!
What a fabulous set! I'm so inspired I can't stand it! Lol. I pulled out my current journal & I'm going to revamp a few things. The Enigma is just plain nifty, a how to video may be needed...Toodles. ;-)
Yes, I do Sherrydawn! It was quite the twitterfest today, wasn't it :) They love to chatter when I make my videos :) I have 2 lovebirds and an African Gray parrot named Holly :) I love birdies too! Pam :)
@@photogsis41 Two dogs! Nice! we had 4 senior dogs in the last 3 years. They have all now passed. I miss them dearly. They were 16, 17, 17 and 18 years old. The house seems so quiet without them. I tell myself they went off to college ;)
This junk journal is so inspiring b ecause I have someone in mind to make a junk jounal for.......but In reality, what do you write in these little spaces? The pages that contain writing space are separated from each other so whatever you write must be only a few lines. I see these journals as beautiful but not useful for actual journaling. Am I wrong? What piece of the puzzle am I missing? Thanks, Pam, for giving me some direction in my thought processes.
Hi Kay, it is odd, I agree. You are not missing anything. While there are no hard and fast rules to making a journal, many of us have ventured into a bit of an art form in and of themselves. These are a hybrid form of an art and writing journal. Some folks write around the little pieces of art and tuck in little notes of memories in them. Some are considered coffee table books, some have many more blank pages for writing. There is a subculture of us who love to make these chunky monkeys and we found out we are not alone :) Consider this style as just another flavor of icecream :) PS: My husband and I have this conversation all the time ;) It is a head-scratcher, I agree :) TFW! Pam :)
