Great to see the judges applauding the fact that these cars should be driven and not locked away in collections. Great result Harry!
Indeed! Everyone with enough money can buy almost everything. But it needs the petrolhead attitude, skills, and endurance to drive a car like this for such a distance!
Drives 2000+ kms in a Countach then geeks out over cleaning it. Harry is my kind of guy.
"Proper person, well done Harry" - probably the best way to describe Harry and this channel in the sea of praise I've seen yet. Well done and congratulations!
I want to thank your wife for helping you film these videos. She must be a special woman who is willing to put up with taking directions for the shots you want, the high speeds, twisty roads, and standing on the side of the road to get the shots of you driving by. I love your excellent channel and I know it simply would not be possible without her.
I was thinking the same thing as well while watching these videos. They are very well edited and filmed.
Travelling with earplugs!!
She’s definitely a ‘keeper’ 👍😊
All the other Micky mouse you tubers and plastic Vloggers need to take a leaf out of Harry's book of Vlogging .
This is how it SHOULD be done.
Keep it up Harry's garage!
"thanks for cleaning my badge". Remarcable video Harry!
That made me laugh! Superb video Harry
Your drive was more milage than many owners would do in 2 years, when you look at all the 10 years & older super cars with 10,12,15000 miles on the clock it is rare that any one would emulate your feat of a 4000 mile round trip, that they invented an Impromptu Trophy is testimony to your commitment to actually drive these cars................we are all glad to share your passion & dream a little,
Longest drive trophy was surely not something they invented impromptu, the geezer with the mic probably just was not aware of the prize. Longest drive prizes are common in vintage car meets, that prize will allways go to someone who really loves both the car and the event itself - and it proves they like using their cars to the others with trailer queens.
Lots buy but many can’t afford to run so sit all day sweating about values... no one will be at your funeral saying didn’t he do well keeping the miles off his cars...
@Aussie Pom it's gone a bit mad to be honest ,I look at the Zonda HP barchetta and while it is beautiful it's never worth 17million USD from new no matter how rare it is.l and they'll never get driven purely because of the cost of them

15:20 "This is my Countach... It's a Lamborghini dear... Thank you for cleaning my badge." lmao
Superb as always Harry. Your videos are a joy to watch from start to finish - mature, knowledgable and no fluff and nonsense. Fantastic.
+Max Poilu - Well said! Harry is the best. And I can't believe it - a really good look at one of my favourites - the '67 Marzal...
well put, Max.
This channel should be 1.5million subs! Honestly the best car reviews I've ever seen.
150Millions Subs. Soon.
Meanwhile in the real world crap channels like DunceDoug and Vehicle Virgins will soon reach 1M.
Face it, quality channels like this never garner the high numbers.
Mick Wrinkles So true.
I commend Harry for still making great content despite getting abysmal views. It just shows how truly passionate he is about cars and that he wants to share a genuine experience with them.
No, it shouldn't. It is fine as it is. Harry doesn't need those many subs and he certainly doesn't give a shit about it. That's what makes it unique and brilliant
Brilliant - thanks for taking us along Harry and well done on the win!
I love this channel.
Thx for that.
Luv and Peace.
The Marzal looks like a Connery Bond era villain's automobile. Wow!
Tomasz Sosnowski yeah it’s absolutely incredible
Harry really gets it - these cars were made to be driven and used. And this proves that you can drive your Countach from London to Switzerland and it won't melt, it won't break - great to see this car being used as Ferrucio intended.
Well done, H. Great video, felt like I was there with you.👍
Did you spoon with him later?
ditto
Watching back through video's I've not seen (not many). This one was brilliant. Great to see the recognition for what Harry does and the type of car owner he is. Brilliant.
"Thank you for cleaning my badge" Hahaha nice one Harry :)
Wears his Pagani vest while talking to the judges at a Lamborghini only event.. the balls you have, sir! lol
_Countach 25 Anniversary was designed by Horacio Pagani. Harry knows how to wear for the ocation, and The Judges Know that fact. By the way, he used his vest all the voyage when cold.
_Saludos desde Argentina.-
Harry u 100% rightfully earned the longest drive award for ALL your efforts to properly drive cars like the Lamborghini. Well done
Love the video and the fact that you do you own polishing, shows your a car guy through and through.
Congratulations Harry on the win. So good to see a reward for a car that is properly used rather than just being a 'garage queen'. Sure we still have a Corgi model of the Marzal concept. Love that and the Espada it spawned. Further to an earlier post I'm just back from a trip to the South of France that your videos helped inspire, bringing back memories of many trips undertaken when I was younger. This time I took the Routes des Grandes Alpes, which starts at Thonon-les-Bains at the side of Lake Geneva and takes you over about six mountain passes, including around Mont Blanc and past Val d'Isere. Much of it is the D902. At the highest point you are well over 9000 feet. Really spectacular, especially this time of year (as per your recommendation!) The colours of the trees turning from greens, through golds and bronze was just stunning. It's much slower than Route Napoleon (we averaged not much more than 30mph for three days, covering 150 plus miles each day). With many hairpins, sheer drops and lack of barriers in many places, it's not for the faint hearted and quite challenging, but I thoroughly recommend it (though maybe not in the Countach with all the gear changing required!). All in we covered just over 2300 miles in two weeks. A great trio of videos by the way. Lovely to see France, Italy and the Alps and thanks again for your advice and inspiring videos.
Harry, you are living the dream. I am such a massive Countach fan but living in South Africa I have rarely even seen one in real life! Truly epic to see so much footage of your car and all your adventures really! Keep it up please as I live vicariously through your exploits! If you ever feel like a South African navigator just shout!
Just so chuffed to see recognition for our man Harry. Congratulations, and if I might add, many thanks to Mrs. Harry, the woman behind the scenes who entertains and facilitates a husband determined to preserve the child within. Well done.
Well done Harry and congratulations. It's great to see the judges transition away from barely driven 'show cars', to true enthusiast owned cars, like yourself.
We did it! I say 'we' as I'm sure I'm not the only one living vicariously through Harry and his cars.
This video should have A MILLION VIEWS because you could see every Lamborghini Historical car in this car meet.
Congratulations Harry. Well deserved :)
I think I’m addicted to Harry’s Garage.... I’ve been telling myself no for years now but I think I finally have to admit it. Excellent work Harry!
It's funny because at first when they gave him the award, it seemed like it was in jest and more of a prank. However after another minute, I start to realize it's actually an extremely prestigious thing to get and the amount of respect everyone showed Harry was great! Proper person, well done Harry!!
your commentary knowledge and relaxed delivery manner makes watching each video a joy. Importantly technical information trusted clear and constructive takes you in-depth into what makes each vehicle unique, in the most detailed yet simplistic way.
This black Miura is stunning, the paintjob is so perfect
Respect to Harry for actually driving his Lamborghini and not hiding it away in a garage. Great video as always.
A 1:1 scale of a Marzal ! Nice 350 , black Miura , dark green Miura , blue Countach , etc , etc , etc .... Congrats on winning a unique award Harry ;)
Congrats harry. What a win . Great episode.
That 5th shock absorber at 5:07 made me laugh! :) Great videos as always!
Same to me, macperson in Lambo? Wtf?
Well deserved awards. Thanks for taking us with you. It was great entertainment.
That lady cleaning Harry's badge ,priceless!
Once again great video ,much appreciated
Medal of Honor for driving a Countach 2500 clicks! Congrats!
This is a proper car guy channel with none of that Vlog or talking about spec value nonsense, TY Harry
Well deserved Harry - that distance in a Countach is not to be sniffed at!
I really like the attitude of Harry and other British in general that are never shy to drive their cars to track days or other events such as this one in the video and then go home with that same car. Not many others do that actually.
Harry. Wonderful video as always. Tell us, how on earth do you stay so calm when so many visitors are literally all over these cars? Dozens of children no doubt dripping in sun screen! The curse of quality paintwork. You're a very brave man.
Thank you so much for taking us along with you.
+Harry's garage,
So well done. Bloody marvellous if you ask me! Not that you have, but the Englishmen drives half way across Europe and wipes the floor.
He drove
He arrived.
He won.
Brilliantly quintessential.
My dad did it as a journalist in the 60's in a Fiat 500 when they first came off the production line.
Thanks again for great video content.
Jonathan
I simply have to tell you Harry how much I like listening to your voice and how you explain things. You are such a calming yet exciting person to listen to. Like a purring kitten you soothe the inner car turmoil of moi. Thank you!!
Beautiful video - and a wonderful series - I enjoyed every part of it.
Many thanks for sharing with us!
Bravo Harry, a well deserved win. I'd be proud to own any of those cars on show, but there's something special about that car, what with it being driven so much and it also being the car at the Motor Show launch. Cracking 3 part journey, thank you for having us along for the ride.
Many thanks for the Countach trip videos (parts 1-3). Congratulations!
Well bone Harry, congratulations........ recognition for how a classic car should be kept
Congratulations Harry, a fitting end to a great series of videos!
Watched this more than once. Probably watch it again! Says it all.
Harry. We cannot thankyou enough for your coverage and the passion shared. It's so nice to see a genuine passion for cars without the ego in tow.
A true testiment to the channel is the comments section. I adore this corner of RUclips. The comments are all genuine and positive without inane bickering about rediculous topics.
I can't recall of any time I have been on RUclips and scrolled through the comments section without shaking my head.
Looking forward to more and congratulations on the well deserved win.
Congratulations Harry, that early urraco stole the show for me. Magnificent
I had the Matchbox Marzal as a child and thought it was a spaceship of a car, probably the first time I heard the name Lamborghini. To see the actual car in the metal, and looking so good is an absolute joy 😀
I have a couple of low mileage classics that for months I would only drive once a week in! Thanks to watching your road trips I have now started to drive them much more and covered thousands of miles in them, and im enjoying them so much more! Thankyou Harry :)
So glad you showed a little of the Jalpas. An often overlooked Lambo. Worth more attention.
Bravo, tout un exploit, plus de 2000 km en countach. Harry vous meritez grandement ce prix special.
Thanks so much to you and your wife Harry for sharing your beautiful toys and adventures!!!!!
Fantastic Harry. Can't recommend how special it is too road trip your classic car. A few years ago I joined a good friend when he took his 1973 Porsche 911 RS back to meet the original dealer who sold the car in Sicily. The dealer was also a winner of the Targa!
Superb Harry. Well done sir. A long time ago I used to attend Harewood House Concours in my BMW 325i Sport. I came third with the most miles on the Milometer 235,000. My everyday car. Sadly missed but never forgotten.
That JPS Miura was absolutely spot on, best looking Miura I think I've seen
This video could have been twice as long and I'd still have enjoyed it. Congrats on the win, keep the videos coming.
Just watched all 3 episodes in one go instead of going to the gym.. Epic drive in an epic car! I also got the prize for the longest drive at the spring turn out in Oslo in my late -90 964C4 a few years back. The best prize to win as you get to go on long amazing road trips in amazing cars. Well done Harry!
Brilliant. Lamborghini heaven. So nice to see the rarities like the Urraco, Jarama, Silhouette,Flying Star, LM's etc. Best of all, the Marzal. One of my favourite Matchbox cars in that crazy bright pink! Very popular toy car.
"They're speaking Italian, so I can't understand what they're saying ..." Harry is such a regular guy. Love it.
I have thoroughly enjoyed watching this series Harry, watching this has brought back memories of my childhood when I had Lamborghini posters all over my bedroom wall I would love to be able to actually see this car in person one day... love your channel keep up the good work...
Congratulations Harry! Glad the indicator didn't fall off! :-)!
Harry, Congratulations! Not only for the win but for the wonderful story of your travels to the show! Well done!
Brilliant! This video is a real treat! 350GT, 400GT, Countach, Muira, Espada and of course the Marzal. My favorite cars all in one place.
Congratulations Harry on the accomplishment of driving it all the way there and getting recognized for it. Love your channel.
Great job Harry. Congratulations for the win. The Countach looks amazing after a long run, sounds like she is purring on the stand and then roars into life. Running beautifully. So good that they like the cars to be driven, and i hope that inspires more owners to drive their cars. Because you so rarely see a LAmborghini on the roads, Ferraris are everywhere, but a Lamborghini is a true event. Great videos and hope the missis enjoyed it just as much as you guys there.
Another great display of what it means to be a enthusiast.
Dear Harry. I just watched Part 3. Thanks you so much for the fabulous video. You saved me a trip to Europe from Sydney. For a moment I felt you were talking to me while I was next to you.
I love that Harry takes these beautiful machines and lets them loose on the road like they were meant to be. Not caged up in climate controlled garages. Love it!
Well done Harry, a fitting win, so glad that they judge not only condition but also how the car is used!
Thanks for the great production. Like a vacation trip, thanks for bringing us along.
IMHO the Miura is the most beautiful automobile every produced. Absolutely stunning.
Congratulations and thanks for an outstanding video.
Great fun to watch. Remember, if you get tired of polishing the Countach, just bring me along on your next trip!! :)
Congratulations Harry.. Well deserved award!!!
Bravo Harry... & Congratulations on your awards!
Fantastic. And congratulations, Harry, a much-deserved win with respect and admiration.
Congratulations Harry, well deserved
Fantastic as always Harry!
You made Ferruccio proud.
Harry, you are the Man.
Great video!
The blue Jarama
Jarama
absolutely
Hi Harry, great seeing all those old Lambo's. These are the models of Lamborghini's I have serviced, rebuilt and tunned for many years. Still have a few workshop manuals as well. I have enjoyed watching all your clips etc. Thanks and keep them coming.
Well done Harry! Great win there, thoroughly deserved!
Fantastic video, loved seeing the Marzal in the current well kept state and the Jarama in particular.
Congrautlations Harry and "Bien joué, à une prochaine fois".
Awesome job Harry! Thanks for taking us along for the ride :D
Well deserved win Harry !! ....Hope you enjoyed the drive home too!
Congratulations Harry. Lovely to see this car being driven and extra points clearly for the running masking tape maintenance - Ace!
really enjoyed that. And great to see a cassette player in the Countach too.
Watching Harry's videos is really helping me through this COVID-19 lockdown. Such a good-natured, down-to-earth guy, we get to share the fun.
Well deserved win
Congratulations Harry !
Nice one Harry, great series of videos 👌🏼👏🏼
13:15 You would not believe what you were looking at. Have you ever heard of a TV show called Wheeler Dealers? This Urracco was restored by them in Season 10 Episode 7. An unmistakable combination of green color and contrast beige-chocolate seats. I never thought I'd see this car ever again! WOW!
Love your videos! Congratulations on the win 👍🏻👍🏻
Harry, this is one of your best videos. actually, it's hard to choose i'm just a huge lamborghini fan. you really focus on all the little anorak stuff which i love. thank you for doing such great little videos.
part 3 of the review is really good!!!! Congratulations!!!
