There's no way I would be paying over 3 grand for an apartment. That's a 3 bedroom with a good size yard mortgage payment. I know that area and those house rental payments still aren't that high.
@@shaeluxeliving I know.... I've been there. I know someone that lives there. For me I'm just a have a backyard and not share walls type of person. The person I know says he likes it there because of the location and the shopping area. 30 min from downtown and a short drive to the lake.
