This appears to be a unique version, i.e. different from the Traffic and Jethro Tull ones. Its probably even a different song. It's the first one I found and, in my opinion, the best.
Kirk's current band is called Penny Whiskey. You should be able to contact him through their Facebook group. If not, let me know, and we'll do it through email. (As a side note, if you like Kilbrannan, you'll almost certainly like Penny Whiskey, too!)

They were the highlight of the M&T Plaza Summer Music series - I still hope for a reunion tour sometime.
I really wish someone would add the entire killbrannon live at olacys i had a cd years ago but lost it along the way one of my favorite bands
They were awesome! I lent my CD's to someone to burn and never got them back. So bummed. What fun times they were. Loved them at the Ellicott Manor.
Penny Whiskey performs a lot of the old songs. Kirk is still the lead singer and the band has the energy that we all love.
I really miss Killbrannan.
