Such a Great Channel Jacqueline !! Thank you for your video ! I am planning to move to California and I am deciding which City to move, I am a Latin Man and in order to start I am going to look for job opportunities as a waiter or Server while I Study . Taking into account the cost of living , public transportation , the wages and the gastronomy scenario in Sacramento...Do you think is it a right decision to move there? I appreciate too much your answers and advice!..Thanks :)
Living in East bay CA and need to move. Last chance in CA is your area. I am concerned about smoke and air quality. Is it any worse, better, or about the same as the East bay area during Fire Season? Thank you in advance!
Hi Eric E. so sorry I missed your comment , as a realtor ironically Im not permitted to talk specifics about schools, I can only recommend you check out the site greatschools.org hop this helps :)
Hi. Love your videos. My husband and I are thinking about moving to Sacramento. I wanted to see if you can buy a house (new build) 3br and 2 bath for $400-$450 max?
Hi Iryna thanks so much watching and the feedback, yes there are some areas in Sac, where you can get a new build for that price, West Sacramento has some as well as the North Natomas area, If a few years old is okay Rancho Cordova has some built a few years back in that budget check out 11062 International Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Give me a call if you want to discuss more.
Hello, New to the channel and found out yesterday that i will be moving to Sacremnto next month for work. I heard the crime rate in Sacremento is high. Can you speak on that? Just want to be safe when I move.
We are one of the worst in the country right now. Prices everywhere are sky rocketing, homelessness is real out here. It's becoming more difficult to live out here
I lived and retired in sac I moved away and things didn’t work out so I’m looking forward too moving back the housing can be expensive and crime is all over the country so don’t feel as if Sac is crazy Dangerous it’s not you just be careful where you go, the healthcare system is awesome and I find if you watch ads and never food shop when you’re hungry then grocery shopping is affordable. . You’ll fall in love like I did and I’m a Native New Yorker. And I moved around a lot .
Well it's CA so you know it sucks right off the bat. I raised my kids not to far from Sac and we lived there for a couple years. Got out in 2016 and even then the homeless, and filth was out of control. Had our car busted into 3 times, our bikes ripped off, with the homeless sleeping behind our car and even under our kitchen window. Now it's a 1000 times worse and pretty much unlivable. The parks and rivers are now full of drug addicts and filth. It's not even safe in most areas, not to mention it's full of woke libturds. Bought a house in Texas and my sons absolutely love it there and there's so much more to do. Bottom line for people thinking of going is DON'T.
i dont know why shopping would be a con and suggest either going 20 mins to roseville or 1.5 to 2 hours to SF? Roseville is a regional shopping district. The Galleria mall is a WESTFIELD mall meaning its a higher end mall. Westfields are usually only in highly rated areas/cities and of course roseville falls in that category. The Galleria in roseville along with the fountains across the street mimic Valley Fair and Santana Row in San Jose/Santa Clara (obviously slightly watered down) but still have plenty of luxury brands (there is a Louis Vuitton in Roseville among other high end brands). Then folsom has the Palladio, a long with the folsom outlets. Ok if you were just being specific solely for within the sacramento city borders, then sure shopping is lackluster. But you already mentioned roseville, so instead of using shopping as a con, you couldve made it a positive and simply say roseville which has a westfield shopping mall with luxury brands and roseville being a regional shopping district, and folsom also has options--it would have changed the narrative and made sacramento more attractive dont you think?
Hi Moises thanks for watching and your feedback my point was for people who live in Sacramento proper it would be nice to have shopping closer and Arden fair is not great.
@@LivingNSacramento I am hanging in there! I had to cancel my interviews as I learned about the stay at home mandate. I didnt want to fly to Sac and not be able to get back. Im still wanting to relocate as my kids love it out there. Happy for them but I miss my grand daughter more than ever. How are you doing? It would be great to meet up when I do make it to Sac🤗
The median price has went up $25,000 since your last video 11 months ago. How??? People are leaving California in droves and the cost of living is insane. I was considering a move there in a few months but Sacramento is becoming unaffordable as well, and I’m a professional with multiple degrees. Smh.
I live here. It's crazy right now. Gas prices are up to almost $5 a gallon and you can't even find a 1 bedroom under $1,500 right now (and that's not even in the good areas) . So many homeless people. It's ridiculous 😒
