Govt should make a policy to save Tribal Culture mainly in NorthEast States.

In Tripura the tribals are unknown where else the migrants has the powers but we in our state Meghalaya will never let it happened .....
I lived in Nagaland, at my village ( Konyak Tribe) the practicing of head hunting was stopped in June 2004
