I am kind of surprised that DCA called that Liong Mah knife a "modified sheepsfoot" rather than a "modified lambsfoot" considering his Pocket tango 2 was supposed to be a lambsfoot blade. (Even though the website calls it his favorite blade shape... a reverse tanto) 😅
The first knife, Liong Mah KUF is a bit of a head shaker. Why put MagnaCut in a "kitchen utility folder", just because its the hot "super steel" at the moment?. Also, I believe any folding knife is a very poor choice for kitchen duties when all the food bacteria could just get trapped in the pivot area, better to stick to fixed blades for culinary work.

I took a look at the Takumitak knives earlier in the week from an email.
