- Last year my friend came down here and we had another session, this time she taught me how to cook her native dish, a stuffed meatball stew called kipteh, we used my phone to shoot and I think we lost some footage but nonetheless from this video you’ll be able to watch a decent part exept the part where tbe meatballs are boile in water, steained and bulgar added.
All u can say is it was a nice dish, filling and. The experience was worth it.

Ahhh how do you make your own ghee, my mum used to make ghee on the farm. I miss all that.
