  • Defense vs Punches: Double Shield.
A continuation of the Single Shield, the Double Shield is a more hollistic protection of the head against punches. It helps you cover the majority of your head at the same time that gives you a solid base to enter into the person's range. The drawback is the same as the single shield: it opens up to lower punches, and in the case even worse, since both arms are high. For that reason, you have to be able to see the other person and also retain the capacity to lower your hands to protect your body quickly enough.
    Stay positive you all.
