RE: Fiberbuilt Grass Series Practice Station - I assume that Flightscope would have to be at the same height in order to work. How would I arrange for this ?
Most of the time people with use the box or the case that comes with the Flightscope to set the unit on top of in order to make it read properly. You can also use a piece of plywood cut to length or height if needed. Pretty much anything the same height as the mat you are using. Skytrak was not one of the attendees of the 2021 PGA Merchandise Show this year unfortunately. I will try and reach out to them separately to see if they would like to do a video on any progress of future updates.

I’ve been wanting to buy a full sized hitting mat. Are these made in the USA?
They have removed older models and increased pricing by more than $200! Talk about price gouging! FB has lost me as a customer.
Sorry but fiber built is the worst mat In history when it comes to turf simulation....the best all around mat I have ever found is monster mat by safeplay
I have not tried the Monster Mat which I hope to test in the future but I have owned Fiberbuilt and have to respectfully disagree about the quality. No mat is perfect but it is in my top two mats Ive ever tested at least in my humble opinion.
@@GarageGolf top 2 for what categories?? Can't be for turf simulation...it's like hitting off a toothbrush, I mean I've shot 69 at Pinehurst 2, played d1 college, finished 3rd in the state at 17, played some hooter tour events back in the day and am currently getting back on mini tours.. SO I'VE PLAYED MANY MANY COURSES and it feels like NO COURSE I've ever played... other than my papaws hay field before the cows get on it... it may be #2 for ease on elbows but it literally kills your golf game because you can not get true compression with it so most of the time people start getting super steep on it and then fatting balls on course or hitting dead pulls or the exact opposite they start swinging extremely flat to get a normal off the face feel then start blading and hitting blocks on the course...I don't know a single pro or teaching professional that likes it
@@jmtgolf2756 I understand your feelings and I will certainly not try to change it...that's just not what I do here. I'm no golf pro obviously but I have tested other mats such as the Country Club Elite, 5 Star Golf Mats, Truestrike (one of my personal favorites), fairway pro divot action simulator and others. If anything I can agree that the ball does feel like it is teed up for every shot but then again simulator golf is a whole different ballgame. I do feel that it does protect the golfers wrists and elbows a lot better than other mats for certain. I will certainly however take your recommendation and test out the Monster Mat by safeplay and I thank you for your feedback of course as I am all for our viewers unique opinions or our videos no matter what. My voice certainly and clearly is not the end all be all here for sure.

@@patrickmayo2737 not really lol... played collegw baseball and golf on scholarship but also had academic full ride offers as well was signed to the reds AA team and had an accident before season started that ended my baseball career and I've doesn't my life doing pretty much whatever I want and have connections to make most stuff happen
