In Trinidad, we call the 'bush' behind you that you ate - dasheen bush (Taro) or bhagi. Dasheen is a ground provision and the leaves are used in several dishes including out famous callaloo.

We have nice beaches and great mountain for trekking and many adventure activities like canoe kayak, rafting, canyonning...When you come back to ind Ian ocean come to our island. Sorry for my mistakes in English but I am French.
