San Bernardino is a city in California, east of Los Angeles. Ancient Egyptian relics are on display at the Robert and Frances Fullerton Museum of Art, at California State University, San Bernardino. In the city center, Seccombe Lake Park offers playgrounds and fishing. Silverwood Lake, backed by mountains, is to the north. The resort town of Big Bear Lake, in San Bernardino National Forest, is northeast of the city.
Other attractions in San Bernardino include ASU Fox Theatre, the McDonald's Museum (located on the original site of the world's first McDonald's), the California Theatre, and the San Manuel Amphitheater, the largest outdoor amphitheater in the United States. In addition, the city is home to the Inland Empire 66ers minor-league baseball team, which plays their home games at San Manuel Stadium in downtown San Bernardino.
Downtown San Bernardino is a district in the city of San Bernardino, California, in San Bernardino County, United States. It is home to city and county government buildings, and to the city's central business district. The downtown area of San Bernardino is home to multiple (and the only) diplomatic missions for the Inland Empire, being one of only four California cities with multiple consulates (the other cities being Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco). The governments of Guatemala (opened July 2014) and Mexico have established their consulates in the civic center. Downtown San Bernardino is bounded by I-215 to the west, Waterman Avenue to the east, Baseline Street to the north, and Mill Street to the south.
It is a ghost town compared to what it was 25 years ago. . I was born there in 1942, graduated from Cal State San Bernardino and retired from San Bernardino County . The changes over the decades with lost of industry and high unemployment has wreck havoc on once a thriving city. Rest in peace San Berdo.
So what city should we be looking n. For to race our kids

Sorry for late reply... But if you're choosing California, I'd recommend San Diego, Santa Barbara, or Orange county. Other states/cities I'd recommend are Salt Lake City Utah, Seattle area in Washington State, Greenville South Carolina, Orlando, St Petersburg/Tempa Florida...@@charisaxiopoulos9725
The little side streets in the area you were at are where all the fun happens
I also grew up there from 1980-1993. This brings back so many memories, it was once full of life, sad to see what has happened.
Why does SB look so peaceful almost nice in this video
it still looks as hot and dirty as when i lived there. Terrible place to live
@@mechwarreir2 Definitely but it’s better than Fort Hood
the first city that we move in since i got married ..missing the place so much coz everything is so near ...
Born 77 in Saint Bernardine's hospital. We all moved to another part of California when I was six.

On your next drive will come out to Texas & get me?? Watching these make me so homesick*
Man you know it must be bad in SB when u drive around and see the urban environs all built up and deserted
Wonderful! I really liked the place! San Bernardino is a place I want to visit someday! Thank you so much for sharing this! :)
LMFAOOOOOOOO @ San Bernardino is a place I want to visit.
😂🤣
You have me dying laughing.
It’s a leftist cesspit riddled with gangs, violence, crime, prostitution, dopeabusers, and hobos.
Downtown is the worst.
However Northern San Bernardino near Cal State University and Kendall is okay though.
The rest of the city is absolute garbage.
The city at one point was rated #1 worst in the country. And to this date it remains in top 10 of the most horrendous cities in America.
I should know...
*I LIVE IN THE NEXT CITY OVER AND UNFORTUNATELY AM IN SAN BERNARDINO DAILY.*
@@blmbiglippedmarxistspresid1016 its not that bad bruh
No, you don’t. San Bernardino has one of the most highest murder rates in the US. No ones should visit SB!

Its been 16 years since i moved from SB looks so different
Hi* Gosh your going to get stopped* Still watching & Missing home*
home
Where are you at? I'm lost*
No buses?
Was stationed at Norton in the later half of the 1980's until just before it closed. SBD was a toilet then and even more so now. The closure of Norton AFB and the train facility really killed it from what I read. Hated it and the smog in those days during the summer was so bad that in the afternoons during summer you could barely see the mountains. It was just disgusting.
I too was stationed there in 1984 85. It was s a shithole then too. I wouldn't live there for free.
@@jammoseby1482 Wow, one never hears from any other former NAFB people anywhere anymore. 15th MAS. The base was a total drug den, old run down but the base bowling alley had some good cheeseburgers.
@@kennixox262 airmans club was ok. I worked in the old jet shop
@@jammoseby1482 I think that was sort of next to the bowling alley or so, or the gym. Can't say that I ever went in there. Was a C-141 pilot and eventually transitioned to the C-17 at Charleston. Just a few months ago on driving down to San Diego, too a quick detour and if you have not been there lately, it is mostly warehouses, the old Wells Fargo Bank is still there along with the abandoned BX. All the hangers are still there along with the PAX terminal that has been remodeled and added onto for commercial aviation that has yet to happen. All those old airmen's dorms are long gone. I lived in Highland. They also just knocked down the old Audio Visual building on the other side of the base.
@@jammoseby1482 If I recall, there was one building that they would remove, test the engines and the exhaust would vent out the top. Always a bit of a fright parking across the street from that for fear that an engine or parts of it would go flying out the top. The building would rumble and the distinctive TF-33 engine buzzing sound.
I heard San Bernardino was an affordable cs city is it?
dont go there 💀💀💀
@@pbj315 why?
@@miguelangelmartineztrevill7679 san bernardino crime rate and murder are on level to chicago
@@pbj315 i'm from México and my family wants to go there, so do your recomend go there? Is only for one year
@@drag3148 hmmm i think you’ll be ok just trust your gut and don’t trust anyone on the street. try not to go anywhere sketchy at night
I want to come home* On your next cruise can you go straight there? & Go my the store/ Sorry just homesick for the places he & I used to go* When you need a tire or some thing let me know I can help a little* Not much traffic any more* ?
I was born n raise here
Some of the houses from san bernardino look like the square clay houses from gta san andreas. Alot of the city is unkept and dirty.
SB is a beautiful city but ugly at the same time. What I mean by that is so rich in history and has beautiful architectural buildings and homes. Mixed with newer sky rise/homes. If SB can ever get it together and cleaned up the city would rival some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in CA.
First time scarey. Zoobies
rip lil loaded
One side of San Bernadino is nicer at lest
san bernardino high class of 1989...like this comment if you are still alive
Fact: SB population has been INCREASING EVERY DECADE….DT Central SB is dead … no jobs … so much better in the 90’s …HOWEVER NORTH SB / CSUSB - UNIVERSITY DISTRICT & Arrowhead CC, is still VERY NICE …you can’t judge a city of 270K by one dead ☠️ area…
Don’t let one video play you …
San Bernardino was a slavery colony look it up, that’s why it has such a weird energy
Lost souls drugs drugs. Diseases
Dead people
What a horrible looking place.
