People who lived current Kazakhstan joined us and became uzbeks too, but later established their own nation. uzbeks are the ones who followed Uzbek khan, among them was persian turks and mongolic people . However, majority was turkic. When we conquered central Asia there were already other mongolic, persian and turkic people living . So, we assimilated them ( we forced them to follow Uzbek khan). Now, do whatever you want , you cant reown what wasnt yours.
