This was one of the songs that did 'pop out' for me when this album came out, and yes I admit that almost all of the songs popped in my opinion. From the get go it drew me in like the pied piper's flute in the lyrics, enticing me to listen to it on repeat, especially after learning the meaning of the lyrics. I love it today as much or maybe even more now following the 5th Muster performance which completely blew me away!

You hit the nail on the head around 5:30. Pied Piper isn't really that 'single-worthy' track that's overly exciting, aggressive, gimmicky, etc. (and I mean that in the best way possible), but it's an incredibly strong B-side that really shines when supplemented with the other tracks off the album. It fills a gap on the album that you didn't know needed to be filled, while still standing incredibly strong on its own. If I had to make of list of 5 songs to introduce people to BTS, it probably wouldn't be on there, but if I had to make a list of 5 BTS songs that I never get sick of, Pied Piper might be at the top of that list.
