A deranged person would be the type of person that would go on a random RUclips section and call someone deranged and think that everyone will get what you mean just by making that statement without providing any support for those claims.
It’s basically like making a random statement about nothing.
Clearly this person was amused by her anecdotes and made this comment to address that so instead of just ignoring the video when it shows up on your feed and moving on you not only watch but comment your distaste of the person being interviews inevitably guaranteeing you would start seeing more content with the person you’ve shown your distaste to. The reason to pull up your pants is so the knees don't stretch out. Dress pants are usually a little tighter and are made from wool. As a result, they can stretch out more easily than with denims or cotton chinos.
I do it so my balls don't get squashed when I sit.
It merely provides a bit of slack for the knees to bend. This stands true of any pants from my experience.

Apparently pants (more specifically jeans) last longer when you slightly pull em up at your upper thighs before sitting.
This is because they now have more fabric in one place and won’t stretch as much, hence reducing tension and preventing inner thigh rips (which are common)

I know, everything she says is so funny.
If you're wearing trousers with a nicely ironed crease down the front and back of the legs, the crease will last longer and look better if you tug a bit of slack into the material above the knee before sitting down. Then you don't stretch the material at the knee so much.
This is not important if you wear jeans or permanent press trousers, or if you have a valet to iron the crease every day. But if you don't have a valet and do wear good trousers then it gets to be a habit, even when it's not needed.

The roasts went downhill when it became comedians roasting people that weren't their friends. The old ones are hilarious because everyone was truly good close friends so it didn't feel or become a true attack on the person, and also because they were close friends and hung out together a lot over the years they had way better, funnier, more personal stories and jokes to tell.
