You just have to feed him a couple of times and he will love you instead of treating him like a lab subject give him some love, thats what he wants, some attention. Instead he will be taught survival of the fittest skills with aero compassion and zero love. No wonder he frustrated.

he didn't stay in the cage for long, this was just a transport cage to take him to the rehabilitation center. now he is with the others at the baby school

There is something terribly wrong going on here he needs a little love and company. This does not look like proper care toward rehabilitation. I know there must be transport to get him to the right place but it just hurts that this baby is alone.

Do not give the creators of this channel ANY information regarding other orangutans unless you want those animals to be tortured, abused or sold as pets. The creators of this video have shown many times that they are NOT a legitimate organization. Ask them any specific questions and you will see for yourself that they are nothing but fraudulent criminals!

This video and the responses from these "rescuers" to comments seem very suspect to me. Probably poachers.
Hopefully this animal is truly going to a legitimate rehabilitation center. The video showing the delivery of this animal to the proper authorities should be posted sooner rather than later!

that's why you always think negatively, you've seen my other videos taking baby orangutans to a rehab center..and we have taken this baby to a rehabilitation center..you just have to wait for my video to be shown...
@Kendra Hansen why don't you ask them which place they will be taking the baby and look it up yourself? Do you know that sometimes they are driving 5 hours or longer to go pick up the babies? I have seen them there. They are doing a great job and the negativity is not uncalled for. Sorry if this is sounding harsh but I hate all the work they do to protect them and then people accusing or assuming that they are not doing what they say. Please look up the Rehabilitation centers and you will see them there. Thank you!!

All I am requesting is transparency and a full explanation of what you are doing with these animals. If you and others see our other exchanges in these comments they will clearly see that do not answer some very simple questions about your activities and your organization. That, in itself, is very suspect, very concerning and very problematic.

thank you for your statement.. they seem to know better what we are doing, but they have not witnessed our struggle in the field, sometimes the field conditions are tough and it is not uncommon to have to stay in the forest to look for orangutans to be rescued and translocated... we don't get a financial profit for that, we focus on saving...ty for your support
@@nellieb9434 Have you tried asking the creator of these videos any specific questions? You obviously have not and you obviously are not aware of my background on this subject. You will not receive anything substantive from the creators of most of these videos. They are only creating videos (and poaching) for the money. Saying you've seen anything is not going to convince anyone that you are informed about this subject and simply stating that these people are doing a great job based on you viewing a few staged videos is ridiculous and outrageously naive. In case you are not aware rehabilitation centers take photos of these animals (and some videos) and lead you to believe that the animals are there when they are in fact just held for a few days before they are sold as pets to wealthy people or to circuses. Sure there are some animals that are there long term because they are too old or too big to be sold off as pets but when the babies mysteriously disappear there is no explanation provided for it. So, until you are educated on this subject you should not attempt to speak about it and you certainly should not be attempting to challenge me. Thank you.

They’re affiliated with and handctheir Orangs over to BOS(BSKDA). They hands down do more for Orangs than anyone, present day

Where is your evidence? Were you there? Or are you just another contrarian troublemaker? The ones with the loudest mouths are the ones with the least education and requisite training. The rescuers have to keep them separated until they have been quarantined, just like any dog or cat that crosses a frontier. They need health care and support, and they need to be kept safe from the many predatory animals in the forest. It looks like you are one of them.

@Rand Quadrozzi he is already there in the rehab center and is still undergoing clinical trials and quarantine, if he is declared healthy he will join the baby school.. a video of his arrival at the rehab center I will upload later. ty for your support

Baby animal rescued and kept safe in quarantine in a cage, as there are predators and dangerous road trips. These rescue charities are the professionals, and they do not need unqualified people sniping at them for no reason.

I use my eyes, my ears and my common sense. There are many vile abusers posting videos of animals being badly treated. The videos posted by international charities, like BOSF, can be verified by checking on their own websites and their accreditation. You can go and see them if you can get there. I cannot go, as I am elderly and disabled, but I would support them in any way I can.

If he was left with villagers, he would not survive. They do not care for them properly or teach them how to live in the forest. Once they get too big and strong to keep chained up , the villagers just dump them or kill them. Now he has a chance to be treated well, looked after by vets and to have a natural life.
Cage is to big frightening, needs a much smaller cage.
