People saying kai is trash but clearly it's a gameplan mavs have drawn up that he's being a triggerman for the offense and keeping the pace. Luka is taller and is able to lob the bigs better which is winning the series for them.

I.M.O Kai is damn good as a decoy pulling 2 to 3 defenders that makes a lot of opening for his teammates, Kai may not be aggressive in this series but the way OKC reacts when to either KAI or Luka ehen they have the ball is already an easy basket for their teammates

Wanna know the script? Luka beats Shai + Jokic to quiet the controversy of the MVP race. The new Larry Bird then advances into a battle with Boston, paired with his brother in arms, whos former team has a personal vendetta against him. This NBA playoff run is built for Luka to rise into becoming the face of the league, and for Kyrie Irving to restore his respect the game owes him. All planning out well…
