    I am a 14yr old kid who is trying to improve himself. I always thought pullups and chinups were the same thing but pullups are way harder. I am proud to find this vid and I know this will help!

    I know pulling with just your arms is easier but, I never understood why, after all your back muscles are much bigger

    But thats an arched pull up what about hollow body pull ups?

      In order to do it properly takes more control and skill. Most people who pull hollow body do it wrong and end up hurting their shoulders. That’s why retracting the scapula is best way to go
