In my opinion, Greyview is one of the best Metalcore albums of all time. Not only did they set a standard for musical complexity within the Metalcore genre, the emotional and dark lyrics that take you through the album directly coincide with melodies and breakdowns. It is an absolute marvel within the genre and the band should be extremely proud to have put out such a landmark masterpiece. Your fans - and the metal world - have heard you, and we hope there will be more art to come.
honestly I think greyview is the best IA album so hearing about all this struggle and uncertainty they went thru during this process is super surprising, but the hard work surely paid off cause yall wrote 13 bangers.

I got to see you guys for my first and so far only time when you came through to Santa Cruz with Oceans Ate Alaska right before Ben left. The power for the block the venue was on was out, so we all waited around for an hour before it just became a meet and greet and we started going home. During that time I met a guy named Jonah who was going to school there and played bass (I play guitar). We got on pretty well so we exchanged numbers to jam later and said our goodbyes. I got 10 minutes down the road before I got some frantic texts from Jonah telling me the power had returned and the show was back on. Greyview has been stuck with me for months now, saw Invent live with Silent Planet in January of 2020 they were my last show before Covid! I'm so glad they were a part of it! This album set the tone for a point in my life. Thank you for your commitment through so much uncertainty, you should be extremely proud. Can't wait for what's next and really hoping to see you guys back in Canada.
It's weird hearing they had so much apprehension about this album and the new vocalist; as an outsider, Marcus fits right in and the album takes what they were doing to the next level. How could anybody be a fan of the band (or this type of music generally) and not see that? I still listen to this album pretty regularly. I almost fell out of my chair when the guitarist said he was 22.
I’m glad you put this doc. out. It answered some questions I had while you guys were in your silent pre greyview period where me and probably a your fans were wondering what was going on or the direction you were going to take and we see some doubt you guys were going through on if you should be a band. I was going to see you guys for the 3rd time live in March of 2020. The show never happened. I still listened to the album a hundred times, though. I have two posters in my bedroom of Everchanger and Stillworld. I should really put Greyview up there next. Hearing certain parts of IA really are motifs in my personal life. It was so strange to hear him explicitly mention it when that's how I have interpreted their music for years. I really miss shows, man!
It makes me so happy to see these guys doing good after hearing that if greyview didnt go well it was pretty much it for them as a band to now heavener winning multiple awards and the band still gaining in popularity.

I would have waited as long as it takes for this album because it's beyond worth it. This album helped me escape to a realm where the pandemic/quarantine wasn't real at points but also, lyrically, helped me find a better understanding of how rapidly the world around me was warping and the challenges my loved ones and I would have to face over the next year. ❤️❤️

This album is so sick. What an amazing follow up to an amazing album. I randomly saw these guys live a few years back without knowing who they were at all, I think they were supporting either Northland or like moths to flames on tour. I’m so glad I saw them that night, I probably wouldn’t have ever found them otherwise because I’m starting to become a boomer that doesn’t get exposed to new music.
LOVE IT THANK YOU! Saw you guys in Philadelphia on March 11th night before pandemic closed all venues! Marcus was an amazing addition! Last time I saw you guys was 2015 with Ben. I had went to see Volumes I didn't know who you guys were then but you would become my favorite band no matter how long the wait.
Greyview straight up just slaps. I can just think the lyrics in my head and I'm headbanging to the thought. It is so wonderful to listen to this album over and over again. One song is shape shifter, I lost a friend to an overdose a few months ago, and that song helped me think about the great times I had with him. Thank you guys.
The pure emotion and authentic feeling in the atmosphere this album creates when listened to is, quite literally, unparalleled. I would have never heard of you guys if it weren't for Tuck from Fit For a King, so I have him to thank for you guys being in my top-10 bands in my rotation.
I’ve been in love with IA since I first heard their original track light finder back in like 2k12 or 13. I’m so honored an happy to have seen them evolve to perfection over the years ❤️
Thank you for this documentary. Greyview was definitely the best album I've heard in 2020. This album means a lot to me. It was one of the few lights I had in the worst year of my entire life. I've been listening to Dark and Halcyon every day since April 2020. I hope one day I can see you guys playing them live. Please keep making art. Love you guys! Greetings from Brazil.

It's deep, meaningful, emotional, and moving.
Don't judge your self-worth by the achievements of others; you will never be happy. What you guys have contributed to the world is nothing short of amazing.
Keep at it! You guys are fucking killing it. 🖤
Absolutely love your guyses music. Dont stop! I cant wait to listen to the pure Beautiful Madness of Greyview Instrumental Edition and any new albums you bring out! Wish you guys luck!
I would give my life for this band.
This is a must listen to on vinyl with headphones!! Oh my gawdddddddd!!
Greyview is such an amazing album. We all definitely appreciate the effort and struggle you guys went through in creating it. Thank you.
Your hard work definitely paid off! This is probably my favorite album of 2020, and I can't wait to hear what you guys make next! (Take your time, don't rush it!)
This is the only album I listen to when working out or when im driving late at night to keep me awake. From a drummer to another, flawless. This will be your best album.
It's pretty cool to see how y'all put the vocal flows together!
They didn't imagine the impact of this album, even... the impact of Heavener is having!

Love you guys
This and the recent Northlane documentary are real great to see lately.
Amazing band, keep up the good work guys
Greyview was definitely one of the best albums of 2020. These guys deserve all of the support they can get
Amazed they weren't longer 🤣🔥🤘
You guys have a boatload of talent and I feel that you will be on top very soon
Great video, and one of the best albums I've ever heard
Greyview straight up just slaps. I can just think the lyrics in my head and I'm headbanging to the thought. It is so wonderful to listen to this album over and over again. One song is shape shifter, I lost a friend to an overdose a few months ago, and that song helped me think about the great times I had with him. Thank you guys.
greyview helped me so much last year. thank you guys
Grey view is such a amazing album
The pure emotion and authentic feeling in the atmosphere this album creates when listened to is, quite literally, unparalleled.
I would have never heard of you guys if it weren't for Tuck from Fit For a King, so I have him to thank for you guys being in my top-10 bands in my rotation.
I’ve been in love with IA since I first heard their original track light finder back in like 2k12 or 13. I’m so honored an happy to have seen them evolve to perfection over the years ❤️
Still one of the most underrated bands out there!! love these dudes!
