Yes, it looks like fun, but the reality is that nothing is cheap to start out. I watch a fair share of content and it's hard to follow some people because of poor delivery of information. You are clear to the point explain well, for that I thank you. You are clearly knowledgeable in this and I appreciate it. Thank you for your time and production, I wish half the content creators talk and share knowledge just like you have in this video. I never leave comments, but had to express my gratitude. Thank you! I agree with all your comments. I recently got started doing sublimation because I already had some of the equipment needed. I had a heat press because I was already doing HTV. Before I actually invested in a printer for sublimation, I purchased a pre-printed design to try on a polyester shirt first. My first print turned out so amazing, I was hooked. I also “converted” an Epson printer because I have had Epson printers since the dot matrix days since 1985! I love the brand and they have always worked well for me. I have had a lot of fun doing sublimation now and mistakes are inevitable but with persistence, you can solve any issues with a little education and experimentation. I have also been involved in a lot of printing processes so printing in reverse was also not foreign to me either. Thanks for your clear explanations too. They were easy to understand and follow. I too have purchased some blanks I haven’t used yet either but I am looking forward to trying them out soon.

There's so much good information in this video, thank you!
I snagged a Cricut Easy Press on super sale and I've been wanting to get into sublimation but have also been very intimidated. Printers, papers, techniques, costs, you covered so much! I am also very happy to hear that the EcoTank can be converted just by swapping the ink + drivers. I have one I use just for normal art printing that I love, and getting a second one just for sublimation is now an option I can consider. (Also good to know about the warranty being voided)!
I had no idea polyester worked best over cotton / white fabrics over darks. That is really good to know too!

Also for some strange reason when someone teaches me to do something for some reason it helps me if they say if you don't do it this way " this is going to happen" and you did that also. Great video. I did start with infusible ink. I hate the weeding though. Just this week purchased an Epson ET 2800. I also got the hippo sublimation ink. I already had a bunch of blanks from using the infusible ink. I have a Cricut mug press. I also have the easy press. I have a new press coming on Tuesday, which will allow me to do more mugs at one time and the tumblers. I’ve had everything with the exception of the printer, ink, and the new press for years. But it was still, a hefty startup to start printing my own stuff

I love your channel and the way you always explain everything, and never try to push people to feel like they have to do this, or that. I love my Eco tank printer, but I would like to mention, to help others, that if anyone is thinking of converting an eco tank to sublimation. It is not a matter of if, but when you will get a clog, just make sure you print a full size imagine at least once a week. You can absolutely print out images and save them in a folder until you are ready to use them. Just make sure you store them in a dry place, just keep that ink flowing =) sublimation is so fun, hardest part of deciding between all the blanks, soooo many fun things to choose from. My biggest issue is remembering to mirror, OMG do i love to forget haha

Hi I love your videos and they are very helpful… just wanted to point out that Epson also has sublimation ready printers that is cheaper than the sawgrass ( at least the small format) it’s the Sure Color F series, the F170 is the small format that cost about $400 and there is a large format I believe the F570 prints up to 24” wide that one is about $2900. These also have an eco tank kind of set up. Happy crafting and continue to share those helpful videos!

This video is a must see for those, like myself, interested, but not knowing where to begin. Bought the ET-2803 almost 2 years ago and just unboxed 2 days ago. Frustrated that I couldn't get rid of the segments and so I kinda shut down. Finally decided to hook it up to the computer (had initially only used the Smart Panel app). I was able to make the print setting adjustments and can see much improved results😊. Now following your videos and looking forward to creating and subbing! Thanks to you. Sorry for the long comment🙏🏽🙏🏽

I have done several of the blankets. When it comes to measure them you have to measure each box after you heat the material in the heat press. Or you will have a lot of white lines.

I had never even heard of sublimation printing. Your video was so helpful thank you. I appreciate your honesty. I don't think I will be investing in this medium.

Good evening Delonda, I just want to let you know that I am really loving your videos and I really appreciate the knowledge that you put out here for others to learn when it comes to many different areas of crafting rather it be for hobby or business, believe me when I tell you that you are greatly appreciated!!
Unfortunately I'm not able to catch a lot of your lives due to my work schedule but I try to catch up on your videos later when I'm able to, before I go, I would like to know if you could share where you purchased your over-the-door clear storage that is on the door behind you in your video that's storing your rolls of HTV because I think that is a great SpaceSaver.

I absolutely love your video!! I am now subscribed and a "bell ringer"!! I am just getting started and really undecided as to whether to convert an Ecotank printer or go with the Epson Surecolor F170. Have you used it or another dedicated sublimation model. Do you have much trouble with your converted Epson clogging? I am concerned with clogging and software issues in the converted Epsons. Have you found this to be any issue at all compared to the dedicated sublimation printers? I can't decide which way to go. Now I'm off to watch more of your videos!! So glad I came across your videos!!
