Keep it up. I remember a year ago I used to chuckle when an instructor would say handstand or float to the top. I would crumple. Now I can hold a handstand, or float( I'm still no butterfly).
@@devinreed5725 thanks! I’ve been trying for years now. I think I should do more strength exercises besides the actual class, like push ups, crow holds or pistol squats. If one can’t do them by themselves, one can’t implement them in a flow I suppose. How did you do it?
@@haeppyday constancy. Just did yoga everyday. Any chance I got to throw in a hand stand attempt I did. But yea I also do some whieght training. Some times I'll just practice at the park while my kid is playing. Just have fun with it.
I absolutely love the combo of strength and stretching of this practice. Along with the movement and flow this combines both things that I'm craving in my body and in mind. Thank you, Patrick.

Excellent flow - even at midnight after a late day - engaging, energetic, challenging and fun. You put much thought into your flows and it's clear by what gets packed into 27 minutes. Appreciate you always for sharing! Peace from SD!
This was just what I needed today! I just got back from a run, I'm away from home visiting Tanzania (to do some mission work repairing bicycles). This practice was the right amount of stretch, effort and fun. It brought me right back to my living room at home for a few minutes ,where I usually watch your videos, which was refreshing. Thanks and Keep up the good work Patrick!
This was such a fun a reenergising class. Thank you so much for introducing new ways of moving and transitioning to me. I felt really refreshed and at ease after this class, a welcoming break in between studying.

Question: that eka pada galavasana variation always kills the tricep that the knee leans on for me -- it's excruciating really, and I can't do it. What can I do to make that not happen? Thanks!
