I guess the wiring won’t work on an 01, since there was no autodimming

I think the connectors are different on an 01 too. You just need to find something to power the trigger wires.

So I just installed these. You’re saying all you did was change the black mounts from the USDM to the JDM housing and that’s it?

I put the JDM mirrors on the usdm mounts or the mirrors wont be angled right.

If you switch the black mount how does it stay motorized?

The motor is in the mirror itself.
